+ 5 Easy to eat ground chicken
Since being diagnosed with gastroparesis (delayed stomach emptying) it has been a challenge to eat enough food and still grow. One thing i found that pass through me fast is ground chicken. I've come up with lots of ideas to make eating it tasty.
1: Chicken empanadas
Brown 1-2lbs ground chicken, finely chopped onion in frying pan in 1 tbsp olive oil add salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder. Chop up a handful of spanish olive, add 3 tbsp tomato sauce add to meat and 3 tbsp of water. Let simmer down for 3-5 minutes remove from heat and let cool. Once cool take your goya empanada disco and fill with meat filling, fold and crimp closed with fork. Brush outside with olive oil and bake in over or air fryer at 350 for 12-18 mins until golden brown and enjoy!
2: ground chicken meatballs
Take 1-2 ground chicken add 1-2 tbsp olive , seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic, onion, italian season whatever else you like)
Form into desired size meatball rolling in your hands and bake in oven or air fry 350 until desired doneness.
Boil pasta of your choice and serve meatballs over pasta top with tomatoes sauce or brown gravy or chicken gravy.
3: chicken kofta paties
Take 1-2 pounds of ground chicken
Season with garlic, onion, salt, pepper, curry powder(not to much this is powerful season) fresh herbs, 2 tbsp olive oil.
Form into small patties and grill until fully cooked. Enjoy over jasmine or basmati rice.
This is just some ideas but i have many more. I hope you guys get opportunity to try some of these dishes. I love to cook so i enjoy doing this. I know some of you are lazy and can't or dont have patience but this is a skill that can go along way for you on your BB'ing journey and eat clean food that taste good. Thank you for reading. Enjoy!

Thats a rough one brother. A good buddy of mine was diagnosed with gastroparesis a few months after an abdominal surgery. He knew that if Medcom found out he'd get chaptered or not be allowed to deploy again. So he figured himself out quick. Couldn't tell you the brand but found a great probiotic pill that he broke open and put on his food. Drank about a half gallon water while eating every meal. Kept the meals really small and frequent. And believe it or not he preached that Yoga helped him out the most. Just thought I'd share his story and what worked for him. I've personally got the opposite problem. God damn crohns disease. Honestly not sure which I'd rather have. Good luck brother, be safe and keep at it.
Ps- Those recipes look dope. I just finished my meal prep for the week and posted it with pics here as well. Love me some food.
Thanks for the info! Yea its a rough thing to deal with, i have good days and bad ones. I tried probiotics but discovered they are actually for lower gut once food passes through stomach, digestive enzymes help with food in the stomach. Probiotics may help you im not sure, you'd have to research. Share with your friend about digestive enzymes see if he likes. Thanks again brother, best wishes.
I absolutely will brother. Thanks for the heads up. I take probiotics for my digestion just to get more nutrients from my food because it passes so quickly. But from what I remember what he took was a pro, might very well have been a digestive enzyme. Just have more good days than bad ones. You got this shit brother, be well.
Thanks mate...slow Gastric emptying was one issue to me intermittently. These recipes seems yummy too!!
Give them a try! What did you do about stomach? You are well now?
+1 Excellent post brother!
Appreciate that bro
AnonThe ground chicken meatballs sound amazing!
We talked a while back about gastroparesis, and a study where GHRP-6 accelerated gastric emptying in diabetic mice with gastroparesis.

Did you ever try GHRP-6 and if so did it help brother?
Didnt try yet. I remember you hooked me up with the info. Thanks again. Give them a try the meatballs. Wont disappointed
Huge respect for food posts bro plus two from the Beard all day.
You grinding your own chicken breasts? I started grinding top round steaks this year and it’s already saved me the money I spent on the grinder. The beef is easier to get down too.
AnonSomehow I destroyed my blender with peanut butter. What are you using as a grinder?

That’s the one I’m rolling with these days. It’s a breeze and churns through whatever your grinding real quick. Freeze the grinding components before use to keep cool. Run the parts under hot water after use and dry immediately with a kitchen towel you’ll be good to go.
That thing is no fkn joke!
Thanks bro, no not enough hours in the day for me to do that lol. Glad i can contribute
Molinin302Chef Tone in the house! I wouldn't say no to any of it
Lol thanks bro, i have recipe for lamb, fish, beef, chicken everything bro. I eat lot of fish too being easy to digest. I like grouper the best, not fishy, its flakey and lean. Taste really good with my lemon olive oil or butter sauce
RustyhookerLotta good ideas there! Hell, anything ground beef with chivken substituted keeps it creative.
I have countless recipes for all types of foods bro. I had to learn to cook at very early age, i lost my mother and grew up basically in a bachelor pad so i had to learn. Over the years and bodybuilding i hear guys talking about how shitty thier food is, how dry their chicken breast and rice is, so on so on, and im like you fkrs need to learn how to cook and id show them pics of my food and they be like ,"fuck you bro, i eating this and your eating that and look like that!?" Lmao
RustyhookerBoom! Sad event led to great outcome so theres a lil gold in that. My granma and mom both were like...these women nowadays cant even boil water, so youre learning this. Lol!
