First time around
ad
Just started my first cycle of Super Test. I’m looking to cut and build if possible in one cycle. I’m 49 yrs young now and I recently started back hitting the gym daily about 6 months ago, after not being too active at all. I’m a trucker and there’s no need to say how hard it is to try and stay healthy while on the road. Any tips or advice that can help with this attempt to become a fit and healthy trucker vs the latter?

I travel for work. Been doing it for years. Grab a big duffel bag or if you have room, a plastic tote. You don’t have to go expensive. You can find most of this at Walmart. Yoga mat, resistance bands, ab wheel for some core work, a set of adjustable dumbbells, sandbag. I also used to keep a few kettlebells and 3 different sand bags in my truck. Get creative. I spent a few years running obstacle course races and trained constantly. A lot of late nights training at hotels while on the road. Good luck!
First things first, make sure your diet is straight. Then, create some sort of full body workout plan that you can do every time you stop. Pushups and air squats, and maybe get a set of dumbbells if you got room in the truck, so you can do curls, shoulder press, goblet squats, etc. Even throw in some sprints, practice running from the lizards. And dont negelct mobility drills!
As far as the Test, get labs done first, and then figure out your starting dose.
Its gotta be a bitch to figure out macros if youre OTR. Driving has to burn more than sitting at a desk, but you're still on your ass for hours.
