High Blood Pressure & HGH
ad
My BP is elevated from Parabolan and Test. I’m stating another round of GH. I have read the GH can reduce BP. I’m not using the GH for this reason but that effect would be welcomed.

I on 4 iu of gh and 950mg if Test a week and my BP was stroke levels. I just started eating cleaner and added B3 to my supplements. Fucking flush lol. I went to get some back injections today and my BP was 108/61 I know that’s a little low but may said I needed a statin actually several doctors but I did it without drugs.
Just left the dr BP 144/103 no bueno
Ranger3252Have you had bloodwork? Maybe your hct and rbc are elevated this can increase blood pressure. If they are, donate double reds to get back within normal range. If that is not the issue you might be stuck on BP meds like most of us. Not the end of the world, but definitely get out in front of it.
Hgh can increase BP especially in higher dosages or for people with hypertension already
Maybe. Maybe not. If you’re going to take it test your bo every day and see if it works out for you.
I wouldn’t take it specifically for that reason though. It’s more of a nice benefit like primo lowering e2.
If you really need to lower bp most doctors prescribe statins for it. If you want to try otc high quantities of fish oil and 1200mg citrus bergamot has been shown to lower bp.
If you want the true nectar of the gods really the ultimate is improve your diet, drink a gallon of water a day, sleep 8 hours a day, and do a shitload of cardio with extremely light cardio on rest days. You adhere to that for 6 months and I guarantee you that your bp will drop to a reasonable level.
Ranger3252GH will not lower blood pressure nor will a statin, that’s for cholesterol.
Try supps like Hawthorn Berry, Plant Sterols, Beet Root Complex, Fish Oil and Flaxseed Oil high in Omega 3. I gave blood on my tren cycle and even at peak dosage of 300mg my BP was 130/76.
Fuck I wish it was that easy for me Omega3 (even the high end more pure brands) give me crazy heart palpitations.
This is good, but a word of caution flaxseed oil is not that great. Our body responds well to EPA and DHA and flaxseed oil is mostly ALA which does convert, but at an extremely low rate.
If you want to have a good effect stick to fish oil over flaxseed oil. Algae oil isn’t bad either since that’s the origin of the fish oil anyway if you’re looking for a more plant based oil.
Good numbers right there for being on. Gonna pick some up today
+1 Meds are stronger and do the job probably a bit better but the more natural route can be effective also. Wow good BP considering it was Tren
I’m not using it for blood pressure control. That wasn’t even a thought until I started reading up again and saw that’s lowering BP is possible. I’m using it for the regurgitation and muscle growth and fat loss. But hey I will take all the other positive effects that come along.
Bro, use the products for their intended purpose. HGH is for muscle tissue hyperplasia, not for lowering blood pressure. BOLDENONE and STANOZOLOL are AAS, not aromatase inhibitors or anti-estrogens, etc.
It might sound strange, but there are medications specifically designed to lower blood pressure.
anvilBoldenone may not specify designed for that but you do have acknowledge that is can lower e2 significantly in some people. Saying it isn't or doesn't , could cause issues during the course of taking it.
It shouldn’t sound strange lol and really if anything the possible water retention from the gh might actually increase bp
anvilIt will not reduce bp, just go the telmisartan and nebivolol route. Mine is 120/66 now, last time while blasting 160/79
Anvil my only issue is one you start BP meds you never come off. My family has no history of high BP nor do I. I think I can control through diet and increased cardio. If I get to a dangerous point and no reduction then I basically have no choice.
Ranger3252But does anyone else in your family use AAS? I mean you need to really think what’s more important. If it’s gear related and that’s not something you want to give up, meds is the way to go. Stay healthy and make the best decision for yourself and family.
My grandmother only. She has a huge clit lol. I’m playing buddy no just me the rebellious one.
Telmisartan has many ancillary benefits outside of just blood pressure control. Mitigation of LVH is top of that list. Some limited studies on metabolic benefits. Increased insulin sensitivity. Of all the ARBs telmisartan has a laundry list of benefits that just so happen to line up with what we need being in the AAS game. If not wanting to be on it for life (as I don’t really need it off cycle as my BP drops to 90s/60s), I definitely think it should be an additive to cycles for health reasons aside from BP regulation.
Interesting I started Losartan about 2 months ago for many of the same reported beneficial "side effects". At only 25mg a day my BP has gone from 150ish/95ish to around 130ish/85ish which I'm real happy and fine with. That said I cut sustanon 250 from my stack as well the sus def shot my bp higher so most likely a mix.
anvilHere's the jerk who pointed out that I'm out of shape LMAO!!
I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again…I aspire to be built like you. Literal goal on my next bulk is “be anvil’s size when I’m done”
anvilProlly the best compliment I have ever received honestly.
anvilI agree accept you can lower it. This one is a hard one to accept at least it was for.me as I do cardio 6 days a week. But it's steady state , and I never push for fear I'll fatigue my legs. Something a member said to me here, if I want truly good BP, I have actually been in good cardio shape. So I added 10 minutes per session and now I go half of that time total pushing it. I'm not there yet but I plan on getting off the meds at some point.
What’s it go to when you blast while on the telmisartan ? I use ramipril and I can get it down similar to yours cruising but as soon as I blast I’m hitting high 30s early 40s over 85-90
anvilThe telmisartan did very little on its own. It's the 5mg of nebivolol that worked with it. Combined is the difference. Also upped cardio by 10 minutes per session. As a few people have opened my eyes, you actually have to be in cardio shape to have decent bp. So I'm taking cardio very serious these days.
That’s really good, how much telmisartin?
anvil40mg, but solo I took 80mg would keep me in the 140s which is still to high.
I've found when I tried to get use to HGH my BP goes up considerably, makes me feel rough which is why I stopped using it - coupled with the lethargy.
What’s up Press. It seems like there are many on BP meds. Is this due to gear? It’s definitely a topic for guys like us to shine light on.
I take Losartan mate, I would say 95% of guys on here using BP meds are doing so because on cycle it goes into high BP territory. It also depends on the doses you run and which compounds. I can run 1 gram Test and 600mg NPP per week and sit at 120 - 125/80 with no BP meds. If I add in 40mg DBol per day then that quickly increases to 135/85 - 90 so ideally I need BP meds to keep it down especially during training which is when it can become dangerous. Adding in trenbolone then can add up to another 25 on the top number. With reference to what you have said up top about having to stay on medication even when off steroids - this is not true. Once the steroids wear off and come out of your system then BP also returns to normal again. You can then come off them. Stokes use to take moderate Ramipril when he was on cycle every day - now he is completely off he no longer takes any BP meds and is fine.
I got my bp below 120/80. I bought pure EVOO from Spain and some quality Krill Oil. 2 krill pills a day and One tablespoon of olive oil every morning on an empty stomach. No more high bp even on gh and gear. I’m high against statins. Just my my view.
I'm doing the same got on Losartan for a bit once I dropped sust250 (really shoots my bp up) now at times reading too low I am thinking of dropping the Losartan for a month re-evaluating. I've only been using 25mg a day and it helped a lot. How much you taking?
Halo makes my BP go through the roof and my heart rate
What was your protocol, dosage and injection times and frequency ? Hit me up in dm mate I might be able to help you out with this issue
GH can also increase your BP due to water retention and increasing prolactin. Get some bloods you probably have either elevated e2 and prolactin or both.
Tren pushes bp thru roof. Hgh helps with sleep but watch out for low blood sugar
Edit...doses of tren and para? Bloods done....week? E2 can bump estro.
Estrogen or e2 raises and prolactin follows
@Jockstrap I thought E2 was estro
Estrogen is a group of hormones mate E1 =esterone , E2 = estradiol and E3 =estriol. Its E2 that we need to be watching out for when banging the gear in
@stokes500 yea that's right but he edited his comment. His original comment was different. Needed for growth but too much e2 is the real enemy. Too much is key.
Dee what’s up! My last BP was 133/99 while running Parabolan.
What's up man! I see you're still making these good posts. Hope your feeling good. Another member was using GH only and he noticed a rise in his blood pressure . @scoobydoo didn't you experience that
My blood pressure was up a little bit but my RHR was in the 90's on 5iu's a day. My prolactin was quite elevated. I also got a lump under my right nipple. Caber took care of my issues at .5mg/2x a week. 23Sparta turned me on to L-Dopa that I will be trying so I can replace the caber.

I started up gh again at 2iu's a day. I've been off over a month. I will be working my way back up to 4 or 5iu's a day. Probably 4iu's.
Ok it was more resting hear rate than BP. Be careful with LDopa. Look into sides if you haven't already but shouldn't be too bad
It looks like the L-Dopa is only in the system for 3 or 4 hours. The side effects seem to be from high doses that are required for Parkinson's. It may work best with caber. It seems it can knock prolactin down a little quicker and maybe caber can hold it there. I'll have to look into it more.
Not as potent but have you looked into a combination of vit e and b6 derivative?
I have looked at those.
Ok. At least there's a few options
