Most successful cut of all times
ad
This post is not primarly about anabolics or PeDs overall, its more about other aspects of successful cut.
I was guessing, what was your most successful cut of all times? It might not sound like it, but I consider it a very complex question, because it has several levels how it can be treated so lets answer these to find out what really successful cut means for each of us!
- What was the goal, loose as much weight as possible or to keep as much muscle as possible, only get rid of fat and water?
- before and after measurements, scale, bodyfat
- personal feeling about the result. what was my expectations, am I satisfied or dissapointed?
- how did my diet changed, how much I lowered calories, changed nutriment ratio, drank more water, no soda etc.
- did my workout changed, if so, then how?
- how was my mental state, would I do that same way again if I had to, or would I rather consider a different approach?
Lets go, thank you for your time and answers fellow eRoiders, I can't wait to find out how you are doing!

My most successful cut ever is the one I've been on over the last year. Decided to do it simply because over the last 3 years with covid, my fiance leaving and dating again all at the same time I had let myself Ballon up to 270 lbs and looked like crap.
1 the goal was.an overall recomp and look like I did when I was more in my early 30s.
2 overall I'm smaller every where but people tell me I look bigger. My arms were about 17.5" before now at 16.5 people think I'm bigger. Body fat no clue but I know it's dropped as now I have visible abs most mornings before I started eating. Weight 270 down to 218-223 it changes daily
3 very satisfied I look the best I ever have at 40
4 calorie changes, actually had to start eating more makwa told me to get at least 2500 cals a day, water oh yea alot more almost 2 gallons a day and I limit myself to one coke zero a week now.
5 I just started taking my workouts more seriously but also listening to my body more. There are some days where I'm not as strong so I back off now instead of forcing it and getting hurt.
6 mental state has greatly improved, I feel my confidence coming back daily, I'm much more positive and when clothes shopping now I'm not ashamed I no longer have to buy XXL large shirts and size 38 pants. Down to a 34 and large shirts.
that's awesome man, you have a very healthy and mature attitude. And the results you've reached with this approach are remarkable! With visible ABS, you're definitely under 15% BF, maybe even 12%, depending on your somatotype. One zero coke and 2500Kcal a day is really low, you must be putting a lot of effort into a meal prep and have a strong will to do so. 6 - Absolutelly great, congrats to your new life brother, I'm very happy of your success, its very motivational!
It did the red letters in the list by itself I'm not being an asshole I dunno how it did it
The pound symbol or hashtag preceding a line will turn it red. Use 1) instead of #1
Notice how the hashtag didn't show up? It was interpreted as formatting language.
Before I cycled I was 225 lbs 6' 33 years old. I accidentally started dropping my calories cause I was kinda broke and went down to 216. Hopped on 200mg of NPP a week and a lesser amount of Test and went down to 195 and looked bigger. Plateau and took a break during covid. Back in.
Yeah this is a brainfuck, when a man looks bigger even when the scale says opposite. But good job with your "not so wanted" cut anyway! Happy to hear that you're back in the game and satisfied with your progress.
