Cortisol management

ad

How do you guys reduce cortisol levels? Mine is constantly high last three weeks, confirmed with three independent drawns, different times of a day. I've been through a lot recently, probably that's why I'm always in tense, easily irritated and nervous. I do omega 3 and a relatively low dose of a multivitamin (1/2 of recommended) + green tea + 1200mg of piracetam daily. I tried to cut off cafeine, even though I love good coffee, so this one is pretty difficult. I sleep 8-9 hours a day but the quality of sleep is nothing extra, probably this is one of the impacts of high cortisol. Other then that, I feel really anxious, can't really stay in between of people, I try to avoid them as much as possible.

I appreciate your stories, experiences and advices with these symptoms and how to deal with them.

200mg theanine morning. 200mg afternoon (extract from black tea, minus the caffeine) great antioxidant also

Oh choline in the morning has cut my daily caffeine dose in half just abouts.found in cruciferous vegetables, like broccoli. But somehow your body just knows lol and your on the right track to having consistent well-balanced feel good days.by asking those questions. Some things we don't get enough of in our diets.

Both supplements have been proven to improve neurogenesis also. For those who have taken a few whacks to the noggin LOL Cheap staples can make all the difference, as well as knowing your body, bloods help tremendously to see what works for your body and what doesn't. Good luck

Any luck? I use a kind that is cold pressed, suspended in coconut oil. Comes in a oval white gel cap, the kind that doesn't separate. It takes a week or two to get going.

This supplement has done wonders to help sleep if taken at bedtime at double the recommended dose. Which is 400mg. It is very well tolerated at high doses from what I have gathered and has worked wonders for people with alcohol addiction around 1200 mg per day.

In relation to any gear that may help in that department, NPP works very very well to suppress it, in my case anyways.
