How do you do your meals?

ad

Do you prepare all your meals for the week?

or cook everyday?

or you have a chick cooking all your meals for you?

or maybe something else?

Costco for wholesale meat and everything else in between, stock up the frozen products in garage freezer, then my girl cooks enough meat for a few days worth or I'll grill on the deck if I want particular steak/meat products that she isn't able to cook. Everything is pretty much the same, steak/chicken/salmon and white/brown rice. We head out to a restaurant on the weekends, preferably a steak house or hibachi type like Kanki/PF Chang's. I make my own breakfast though, simple oats and 2 whole eggs with 1/2 cup of whites. Rarely any fast food unless we are on the road to head somewhere, but even then it's Chick-fil-A or something somewhat healthy. Anybody else noticing the egg price increase/shortage? Costco has been out of eggs twice this month and the price for the 5 dozen box has increased $10 more than usual.

Uber Eats, Door Dash or take out just about every day. No patience for shopping and cooking.

Sunday I will meal prep all my 400-500cal snack meals for work. My lunch will be leftovers from previous dinner that my ole lady cooks ( Good lawrd, BLESS HER and the food she cooks), and breakfast is usually based on how I feel.

Im fortunate enough to be able to cook my meals every day. I track my calories and protein, and it would be exceedingly difficult to do that if I didn’t cook every meal. I’ve done meal prepping and I can do it in rough spots but I need variety.
