Extreme keto diet on anavar

ad

Hi everyone does anyone have any experience with a very strict keto diet like this.
Eat as much chicken/meat as you like with a bowl of sallad every day (3/4times a day) no sugar, no carbs . this i have been told works wonders. I am currently hitting the gym 4 days a week I am currently on anavar (40mg a day) i have heard great things from only 1week of this. Does anyone have any experience with this?

Why not just eat a little less and exercise a little more? Simple, doable and won’t make you miserable.

Several older guys who I use to work with many years ago who were overweight use to eat this type of thing every so often. They didn't train or anything but were just fat. It was known as the 'Heart Surgery diet' as one of them was instructed to eat it for a few weeks before going in for surgery to make sure he lost a tonne of weight in preparation for it - could have been longer. They would come in with either a can of tuna or 2 boiled eggs together with some lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber and would sit and eat it at their desks. The answer is yes it is extremely quick and effective for loosing A LOT of weight as all you are really eating is protein, no fat or carbs at all. I would watch in disbelief as they would start off looking well at the beginning and as the days wore on looked more and more drained of energy and run down to the point of looking and feeling ill. They would drop a shed load of weight off their faces and bodies too. Having the Discipline to stick with it is the main factor here Lol Shok Oh Yeah and you aren't allowed any kind of dressing or sauce with it either!

I wish I could give you the advice you are looking for but I will advise that running anavar without a test base isn't recommended. Probably won't shut you down but may lower it and no one wants that.

Are you running only Anavar?

Anavar alone will suppress your natural testosterone production to some extent. You’ll likely experience low ambition, mild depression & other signs associated with low T. Also, Anavar by itself is t a spectacular fat burner, & that seems like what you’re looking for. It is a helpful adjunct to a great diet & training program, but without running a test base, the results are quite limited.

Keto is a last resort for me after I have exhausted all other option.
