E2 levels for new user

ad

I need help with my estrogen. I'm not really sure if I crashed my e2 or I'm about to be a big time crying bitch.

Pre cycle bloodwork said I was at a 26, right in line with men my age.

Doing 200mg of text c every 3 days, did my 4th pin yesterday. Libido was high all week with massive morning wood and rock hard boners.

On my third pin, I felt like I was holding onto water and noticed a lack of libido, so I took .25 of arimidex. About 4 hours later had a raging hard on.

Next day, took another .25 arimidex. Not sure why.
That was Saturday, today is Tuesday. I also woke up yesterday with only what i can assume is a test flu. Coughing, fever, no appetite. General feeling of being "sick."

So I've had 4 pins and .5 arimidex. Woke up today with no morning wood, no libido, couldn't get hard if I watched porn. I read that after 3-6days of the arimidex dose, my e2 should be back to baseline (for my elevated test).

Basically, I'm very confused as to where my e2 is and what to do. I'm going to get bloodwork tomorrow to see where I'm at exactly.

Does anyone have any insight?

I think you were a little early with your AI. You were only 2 wks on cycle. Usually about the end of week 4 is typically when an AI is started. I wouldn't take anymore AI until after bloodwork. Good thing you are getting some bloodwork done, that will tell the true story instead of just throwing shit at the wall and hoping something sticks. The peace of mind with the bloodwork will be priceless. Let us know how it turns out.

So based on the anecdotal evidence, you'd say I crashed my e2?

Will the elevated test bring my e2 back quickly or do I need to start researching about how to get my e2 back up?

I don't think .5mg adex is going to completely crash you. The last thing you want to do is start playing yo-yo with your estro. Don't take anymore and your test levels will recover on their own relatively quickly while you are pinning your exogenous test. Don't take anything additional to try and increase estro. You don't know if it is low in the first place. Your bloodwork will reveal all.

Ok, got it. I'll report back what blood work says and take your advice until I know more.

Thanks for taking the time to reply. Much appreciated.

We often jump to quickly to the conclusion that estro is the culprit for everything when on cycle. There are alot of other factors that come into play and sometimes it just becomes a mind game wondering what is going on. Let us know about the bloodwork and we can go from there, but I will say it will usually take more consistent dosing of Adex to crash your estro, so there is likely something else at play. Could be sleep, stress, diet, fatigue from lifting or you could just be getting sick. Try not to stress over it too much. Just focus on your diet and lifting and stick to your normal pin schedule with test and things should even out.

I really think that's exactly what I needed to hear.

At the end of the day, I need to eat, sleep, and train hard.
