Recommendations on what to add to a HGH and Sust cycle

Ok, so first off I've been prescribed Test C for years by my late father who unfortunately passed on my birthday a few years back. Ever since then, I've been buying my products online. I figured that I'd switch things up a bit as I'm a bit older( just turned 37 on Monday). I've started an HGH regimen almost 2 months ago, and at first the effects were VERY noticeable. Appetite was insane, noticeable strength difference, and any fat that I had was steadily burning off( still is, but not as noticeable). I've been taking Test C during these two months, but ordered Sust 250 and am going to switch to that as I'm almost out of the Cyp. So, my question/s would be:

What is a good protocol while using Sust( keeping in mind that I'm not trying to get the "Bodybuilder" look. I've been an MMA fighter all my life until i recently became a dinosaur, but looking to gain lean muscle mass and 5-15 lbs while keeping the athletic/fighter body). I read the manufacturer's notations and also did some research and have gathered that it was formulated to NOT have to be administered as much as the other esters.. I like the idea of pinning only 2-3 times a month. Not interested in taking any steroids that were created for horses( not judging anyone that is using them, to each is own).

Would the Winnie tabs/inj be a good candidate to add in or maybe a lower anabolic on the totem pole like Anavar be sutiable?

My on cycle regimen is 4.5 IU/ day of HGH and 200mg of Cyp/week. HGH will stay the same and will go from the 200 of Cyp/ week to 250week/ Sust.

My nutrition is in my opinion pretty damn healthy. I cook all my own food and hardly eat processed flour. Every now and again i'll eat pasta but that's maybe once a month. For the most part its grilled beef, chicken, fish, or pork with a good amount of veggies.

Mooseknuckle ... are you from TX? For some reason that sounds real familiar. I came up under JD Shelley in DFW . I'm right there with you brother, 37yo in April. I swear to God all those years of training 5-6 hrs a day stole my newbie gains. I just ordered my first HGH kit and it's on the way. Regardless of what anybody says anavar is awesome because it is not nearly as liver toxic as the other oral compounds. Winnie tabs definitely make a difference.... I noticed like in my explosiveness and hand speed / my drive mentally to just diesel through finishing shots. I only take them pre-workout though and at most 5 days a week. If I take pre-workout Winnie in the morning and have a hard session, I can tell your significantly less water in my connective tissue and joints by evening training. I could see a propensity there for injury if someone was just trying to beast mode through and not be careful.

I recently added IGF-1LR3 to my test/HGH run. Love it. 40mcg preworkout. 5 days a week. I'll be picking up more very soon. Might give that a try. Credit to Makwa for suggesting it to me.

Is 40mcg a moderate dose, or recommended for someone at 175 for first time using it?

I don't even know what that means. I'm literally online reading up on all this shit. I actually just ordered some Winny tabs, so I think I'm just gonna add that to the mix and see how that goes

Okay, so what about if I add back in the Cyp at like 100mg week? Would I continue that for the duration of the Sust, or stop at the 3 month mark? Would a different ester be better?

Ok, so since Ive already purchased it, what mg eod would you guys recommend? Figuring that I've been on 200mg cyp for the past month and will be switching to the sust( because it was the last of a Cup bottle that I thought I lost)

Sust is at least eod pinning. If you want to pin 2-3x/month then you need test undec. Wouldn’t recommend it for a cycle though.

I've got a blood test lined up for three weeks from now as I'm out of town at the moment. However, since prescribed test i've been on the same regime that my father had me on and I have an endocrinologist that I see quarterly, so i'm just waiting for that. Levels have always been good though.

And why eod? I read that it was made to only have to do every 10-14 days

Yea I hear these guys saying eod pins but for me 2x a week is sufficient. A few other respectable guys said the same for them too. And yes Sust was an epic failure when it came to trt but it's still a good mixture of test. It's mixture is Test Prop, Test Phenylprop, Test Isocaproate and Test Undeconoate. I think the eod pins are based on prop and Phenylprop esters. Their half lives are 2 and 3 days. The other 2 Esters are longer. I feel good with 2x a week pins but eod pins would probably be better for stability.

Interesting. Cryhavok had good points. Yea me and the few other members never felt this dip...weird. I personally would of noticed my hormones fluctuating as I'm sensitive to Testosterone

The every 10-14 days protocol is some ancient ridiculous protocol that somehow still remains in Europe. Edit: You're goals seem to be very moderate. So I'd say that just adjusting your diet accordingly and upping your test dose to perhaps 500mg/w would be sufficient. Don't forget to do blood work though to see if you potentially need an AI.
