Only received half and order from one of the sources on here
Wondering how I should go about this situation. Feedback would be greatly appreciated! I ordered some products from a certain source that is listed on this site, and at first I was very pleased with their service. I'm not naming the source at this time, as I'm not one to normally write a bad review since life can get complicated sometimes. However, in this instance I don't think that, that's the issue.
Anyway,
I ordered a few Norditropin pens and also some Sust and Anavar. I received the pens within about 7-10 days as I paid for express shipping so I figured that everything was good. Then, I started tracking the other order and after about 18 days it didn't leave customs. After many emails about the order, and after waiting a month( very patiently and understanding). I asked for a reship. My response was that the manufacturer required a seizure letter and once received, then I could provide the source I ordered from said letter and then they would be able to get the manufacturer to reship. I ask how long till I'd receive the letter, and was told that the letter could take up to 6 weeks to get( this is after the initial month that I've already waited) AND another 1-3 weeks before I'd receive my products. I responded saying that I would be leaving town and that I was not willing to wait that long and that I'd like a refund. That night I received an email saying that my order had been processed and that I should expect my package within 1-3 weeks. I thanked them and was put at ease. However, after about four days I emailed asking for a tracking, no response. I then sent 2 more emails asking for a tracking and have had no response. I'm 9 days into the 1-3 week mark from when they said that they'd reprocessed the order but am at the point where I have no trust in this source.
I've sent one last email regarding this issue to them this morning and basically told them that if I don't get a response within 24 hours that I would be posting all of the correspondence between them and I on this site. I would however appreciate any feedback from personal experiences as this is the first time I've had this issue. Thanks

So, I was finally contacted by the company and even though they had NOT sent the reship, they have contacted me and are issuing a refund. So, hopefully here shortly ill receive my refund for half of the order. I've made the decision to not name this company even though it took 2 months to resolve. I know that these posts can wreck the reputation of a business and that's not what i'm out to do. All I wanted was a resolution and hopefully ill have it here shortly. Thanks for the feedback guys!
I doubt this post is going to wreck their reputation. What wrecks their reputation is how they handle the situation. We all know shit happens and it is how they resolve it that really matters. I would recommend at least mentioning it in the SI, otherwise how are us Eroids members to know and benefit from your experience. This site is for the members not the sources.
So, source talk or reviews? I feel like either would be appropriate...

Politely post it, be mature, this place is designed to help YOU, as a consumer find good or bad reviews on sources. Don’t make a review yet I’d say, post in their discussion page.
Most sources are very very helpful in these situations.

RustyhookerTracking is useless. They typically dont work til its already received. Buy your goods and try n forget about it. International is usually 14-month.
