Low Prolactin improvements!

ad

There's a wealth of information on how to decrease prolactin levels on this forum and other places on the net too but there isn't a massive amount on increasing low levels of prolactin which can be equally as a big problem as high levels of it.
I'm sharing what's happened to me so you A) don't make the same mistakes as me and B) there is light at the end of the tunnel, hopefully this benefits someone out there.
Just to give a little background first:
I ran a cycle for 8 weeks test E, Deca , Dbol. I ran cabergoline at 0.25mg every 4 days and I then completed a 4 week PCT and gave another 4 weeks rest before starting another cycle. This was stupid of me and I've learnt that as i posted something on this on the pictures section and i got roasted pretty much! conclusions for this were that I should have given a much longer time off between the cycles (and also run deca longer)

Bloods done- Main issue was low prolactin levels. The reading value was 58mU/L whereas the range should be between 86mU/L- 324 mU/L
Biggest problem I felt physically was softer erections and ED.

I then had a meeting with the blood works guys and from his vast experience he suggested I go back on some test, do not use arimidex or anti estrogen until I get a blood test done in 8 weeks and see where we are at with prolactin, of course i would have to keep an eye out on the body as for estrogen high signs. His idea was that I've taken things that i shouldn't have and essentially confused the mind/bod with hormone balances etc
he suggested back on test, let the body know how to respond, get bloods and take there. He also mentioned this method has worked for a lot of people.
now i must add here he did suggest time would heal it without using anything but I kind of wanted to rush it hence gear route seemed good.

I then started another cycle and am now roughly 9 weeks into it (Sus , EQ) and planning to run this through 16 weeks.
I got my results sent over to me yesterday and there's been a healthy increase in prolactin. the new reading is 76mU/L .
Estrogen increased from my last blood test but its still within a healthy range.

ED has improved, its not brilliant but its much better than before.

Now guys, this is not to advise you how to do your thing, because I clearly messed up and made some stupid mistakes and learnt a harsh lesson BUT neverthless i am seeing improvements in the prolactin department.
What do you think about this ---why has this worked?

E has come down, prolactin gone up.......have i just realised some relationship? or is that just random chance

clarified- this was possibly due to chlomid use blood test 1 was after cycle 1

im going to get another blood report done, i need to wait a few weeks as ive just paid for this one and its not cheap doing this over here. will update once complete.
I used to have medication years ago for chemical imba lances causing some mental health probs etc but i withdrew from that years ago and overcame the problems but i dunno whats going on at the moment.

cannycaan's picture

yes ofcourse, what I asked was is there a way to add it on this post itself or do i have to post it separate on the picture section?
If I can post on this thread how do I add it as i cant see attach option?

Hey man, fair point. sounds like you got your body figured out and know what works for you, im still tying to find my feet in that regard.
Just a question, you said you never did anything to raise the prolactin as you didn't need to , but what is there that you could have done really if for eg you had an issue?
in terms of research I haven't really come across anything substantial on raising prolactin levels, so far the use of test has helped definitely in that department for me personally.
