+ 23 Home Stretch on the Cut

Was contemplating doing a show before my 2nd is born, so decided to trial run doing an actual prep and getting to show ready leanness. Last Dexa I was 6.6% with my trunk, android, gynoid being 4.5% but legs/arms at 6.9%/6.7%. So I guess my body holds onto the last bit of fat there. Dropped the cals yet again and I’m absolutely starving even with Reta. Cut out the Ezekiel bread from my breakfast and swapped my sweet potatoes for carb balance wraps for my meals 2-4.

Breakfast here is 4oz steak, 4 slices beef bacon, 2 eggs, 500g egg whites. Everything else will be chicken breast, fat free mozzarella, and the carb balance wraps. Essentially sad versions of quesadillas. Will finish the night off with some vanilla skyr, scoop of protein powder mixed in, and ~75g blueberries. Cals have dropped from ~3,000/day to now 2,200-2,500 per day. Cardio increased yet again

Running:
Test prop 80 mg/day
GH 5IU before bed
Clen 80mcg/day split over 3 doses
T3 37.5 mcg/day split over 3 doses
Reta 3mg split MWF (1mg each day). This was at 10mg for majority of the cut with 3.33mg every MWF, but I’m gearing up for the rebound and wanted to get my levels down so I can up the food. I bulk on Reta for the insulin sensitivity. I can eat all day on 3mg/wk and digestion is fine as long as I follow a high protein, high carb, low fat diet. If I eat something really fatty, then it just sits for hours in my gut and I get bloated as hell. So no more ribeyes :(

Just added
Methylene Blue 10mg in the morning
SLU-PP-332 300mg/day split over 3 doses (100mg 3x per day) yes milligram NOT microgram

Don’t ask where I got it. I capped my own.

Test prop comes from @UncleYoked as I burn through my stash to get to other goodies. GH is Goldtrope from @keytech. Everything else is Pharma/purchased outside of eroids.

Aside from being ravenous, I feel fine. BP ~ 110/60. RHR has come up some from all the stims, so it’s sitting around 65 bpm up from mid/low 50s. Which is still lower than most. I’ll go get bloodwork probably early next week.

There is no doubt about it that when you deplete carbs and sugars from your diet your BP and RHR drop quite a bit for sure - I notice my BP is way down before I get any carbs in for the day and then everything goes up. Not sure about others, but I find my mental health and outlook on life suffers greatly if I have barely got any carbs in for the day - makes me feel depressed. Thats why I don't understand how guys can do cuts for weeks on end and still feel happy and motivated lol

Yea about every 3-4 days which coincides with either a heavy pull day or leg day. I’ll bump from ~190C/50f/275P to roughly 450C/50f/275P

Godshalls…it’s essentially thin sliced brisket from the point. It’s so damn good but you gotta cook it pretty crispy otherwise it’s rather chewy

No unfortunately I haven’t. It was BOGO at Publix couple weeks ago and I bought 10 packs of the regular kind. Gonna take me a minute to go through it all. With how salty it is I shoulda got some of the peppered ones. Would help offset the salty flavor. But I’m also overly sensitive to salty because I hardly use it. My wife thinks they’re perfect

Fine so far. Cardio has become easier and the same intensity doesn’t get my heart rate up as high now. Nothing negative. I’ve tried the mcg dosing before and felt nothing, so I said fuck it full send this time.

I asked cause I was doing 20mg a day, and I felt like it was pretty damn good at that dose, so I can just imagine 300mg lol

Yea perhaps I should have titrated up and found the dose where I started feeling it lol. I just know 250mcg 3x a day did jack shit for me. Then I watched some vigorous Steve videos where he said he felt lower doses but 400mg per day was extremely pronounced. So I opted for 300mg. Plus it made the math really easy for active ingredient and filler for my capsules. We will see if it helps shed this last bit of fat

I’m a creature of habit and eat the same things regardless. My days of binging piles of junk are way past me. I’ll eat the same stuff during the bulk except add like a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch when I wake up before working out. Right now it’s just a protein shake then I go downstairs lift then do 45-90 min of cardio. Will be really happy to have ~75g carbs before training

Thanks. Breast only because it was BOGO and I bought like 10lbs of it and froze it. I eat ~8oz per meal raw weight. I do prefer tenderloins but with the price of food you just do what you gotta do.

They really are surprisingly good. We don’t even buy regular ones now even when not cutting. Wife prefers them when she wants tacos or breakfast burritos

P.S.

I’m absolutely starving even with Reta.

If the hunger is bothering you too much, you could always add a little Cagrilintide on top of the Reta.

Something like 1mg to start wouldn’t be crazy.

Keep in mind your basal metabolic rate is probably through the roof right now between the stimulants, thyroid meds and everything else you’re running, so part of that hunger may simply be your body demanding fuel.

Oh I know. Hell my basal metabolic rate is 3,000 cals already before adding the clen and t3. And my natural ghrelin response is already very stout. I’ve gone up to 15mg/wk of Reta and that helped, but now that I’ve dropped down to 3mg/wk getting ready for the rebound that food noise/ghrelin response is STRONG. But it’s cool. I just gotta dig deep for 10-14 more days and I’ll drop those last 4 lbs of fat no problem. It’s the mental game stage now and I gotta see if I have what it takes to go that last stretch to step on stage.

Granted the girl who does my dexa scans is competing for her bikini pro card and she said her last the show the dude who won classic came in and tested ~8%. So she said I’d already be the leanest one on stage in the amateur shows around here….but that’s not how I operate. I’m shooting for pro level lean, because I’m an all or nothing kind of person lol
