Bloodwork Results - LH High and Estrogen Low, advice needed

ad

Hey folks, I just got some bloodwork done after a cycle. I need some advice.
28 years old, 183cm, 220-230 Lbs.
Weight Training 7 days a week, cardio 5 days a week (functional cardio), Personal Training 2x per week. 5KM run EOD on top of this.

It was 400mg Tren E and Test E every 2 weeks with Arimidex 1mg ED and HCG of 2500UI weekly. I didnt manage to do a PCT when I came off which is silly but I felt that it was such a mild cycle due to the lack of frequency of injections. My last cycle was 2014/15 and this was an introduction to get back onto things having dropped down from 290 lbs to 225 lbs since April 2019 to date.

  • My Oestrogen looks like it's crashed or low? maybe due to the lack of PCT or taking arimidex too much, 1mg was the same protocol as I had taken years back but looks like it might have been a bit excessive, was trying to deal with moon-face, next time I will back down off the Test E and use non-converting compounds more heavily.
  • LH is super elevated, wanted to know if this is fine?
  • SHBG is low, but not extremely low which looks like I have more free testosterone available.

  • ALT in the liver is slightly out of range, I didn't drink over Christmas, but had a kidney infection mid december onwards with a course of antibiotics, also had 3 months of asthma and got put on a stronger preventer. Diet is mostly pescatarian, no red meats or white meats, no diary.

I wanted to start my next cycle asap of;
50MG anavar ED
250MG EQUIPOISE or Primo
300mg Test E
300-400mg Tren E
HCG 2500UI weekly
Arimidex 1mg EOD or E3D

I will do bloodwork monthly to make sure everything is controlled

4 Weeks after last injection.

  1. No cycle with tren in it is a mild cycle

  2. How long ago was last pin?

  3. How long ago were these labs?

  4. Are you on any meds? When’s the last time before these labs you took adex?

  5. High LH is not ok. It’s showing that your balls arent working very well. Your LH is vey high and testosterone on the very low end. This shows that your body is sending all the signals it can, desperately, to make testosterone and your balls can only manage to produce enough to BARELY keep you in range.

  6. It seems like this last cycle just ended (super weird cycle by the way) and you’re trying to start a new one ASAP? That’s probably why ur balls are about to tap out on you.

  7. Your low SHBG is a problem too. we need some SHBG. You’re body doesn’t know what the fuck is going on right now. And it’s also the reason your free test isn’t horrific despite the low total test you have. But if you fix one you’re then gonna have to fix the other.

You need to get this all sorted out. And these labs look like the labs of someone that’s still taking something or it’s stopped taking it. What meds/supps/drugs are you on?

This is a list of all the pins, I know it's super weird but I took it infrequently. I thought my test would be a lot higher having last pinned on december 15th, is there a chance that the compounds are running are not real? I'll get them tested since I have quite a lot of vials

Last Adex was 15th december. Meds were Arimidex, Finasteride, HCG, Flutiform (Asthma Preventer), Antibiotics for Kidney Infection (Cant remember the name), Prednisone (steroid) 5mg for 21 days from Mid November to Mid December.

Labs were taken on the 13th January.

Ok dude, that explains a lot. Jesus Christ...

First off... some props for getting bloodwork done at least.

You’re only off for 4.5 weeks. And test and tren e take at least 2.5 weeks to get out of your system... so you’ve really only been off gear for 2 weeks... it’s a miracle you have the little amount of test you do. Your LH is high because your body is trying super hard to bounce back but it takes at least a good 2 months to fully recover... and that’s with PCT meds... no one is recovered in 2 weeks. Also, tren at any dose is extremely suppressive and you just ran it for 12 weeks... it’s no wonder your blood’s all fucked!

Don’t touch anything for at least another 12 weeks then retest. Your body is already making LH and FSH on it’s own so you don’t need PCT meds right now... you need time.

Especially do not touch HCG!!!! You’ll ruin the only thing your body has going for it right now and that’s making LH/FSH on it’s own

You do anything before that and you’re asking for lifetime of TRT and not being able to have kids.

AGAIN... Do not put any chemicals in your body for at least 12 weeks and retest.

Is it absolutely necessary to wait it out for my E2 to come back naturally or could I start a cycle after my ALT levels back down and thus from the Testosterone conversion E2 would come back up ?

johnmarshall12's picture

Well that's quite a lot of labs! You're E2 is probably crashed for the reasons you stated. Try a liver supplement to bring down ALT TUDCA is best but a bit expensive.

Get everything in order before next cycle.

Ghosty91's picture

Ha!

Indeed, wanted to see what's the situation after 5 years since the last lab work done plus almost 8 months of aggressive training.

Greg Ducetee (/youtuber) says Tudca is nonsense but i'll look into it.

What's the best way to get E2 back in order? All points to just waiting it out

I'll start taking milk thistle again, also just grabbed NAC.
