Where are the old members of Eroid?
I really like to read the opinions and the way of thinking that often happens to read in the various posts published.
The forum is really very large. Hundreds of pages that talk about culture and love for this sport accompanied by the chemistry and health of those who undergo this lifestyle. I spend whole nights going around the pages and then you find yourself in who knows what other topic. Thousands of information, many useful tips to look for and share with your friends (even real). A lot of bullshit and arguments that make this community so unique and attractive.
That's what I like about Eroid.
After almost a year from my recording something caught my attention.
I notice a big difference in opinions and ways of thinking.
The most popular topics belong to members registered many years ago and most of them have disappeared, others have been banned (they declared the hiring of Tren) or even arrested.
Reading them, I could feel the passion and anger of the writer. A lot of information, very detailed and well structured. So many personalities who clashed and raged against each other.
Today we read a lot of bullshit, certainly useful but you have to dig well. I see many topics started just to gain popularity or because the gears are so many and then it is easy to find an idea to write and be seen active on the site. Many topics (but also answers) stolen on Google.
Maybe the old members of Eroid who are among us today can perceive this change.
Great members like Rusty and Pale that I read everywhere, even Greg himself, an eight-year-old veteran.
I wish I could figure out what really happened to the old school of thought. The past was written from experience. Experience means having lived it on your own skin or at least having shared it with your best friend.
I spend most of my time here on Eroid in old posts published several years ago. Personally, it is the old members who keep me awake, sometimes, all night long.

Dont be guessing around with your time served here. I once claimed around 10 years and Greg climbed In my ass and counted the rings personally. Lol lots of good people used to be active around here and chop it up. I hang around just not as active as I used to be.

Just realized I have been here almost seven years now, crazy how time flies. There are a lot of people I am curious what happened to, maybe we will find out, maybe we won't. Hell we had a brand new mod disappear never to be heard from again. We had a couple others disappear but under different circumstances. I also know for a fact a few old school members are still here under different names too. But you know, everyone has their own crosses to bare and everyone deals with constantly changing, evolving lives. I say just enjoy what we have while we have it, it can all end without notice...

Pretty sure he must have gotten into a car wreck or something and died. This dude literally dropped off the face of the earth. If I recall he was having some domestic issues or something but that was a long time ago. Maybe the tren got him?
That's right, Pale. The member declares that in those years there were four MODs (2014). Most likely they were banned for reasons of discipline and respect. There is also talk of numerous disputes between members of level 1,2,3 , EXP. Many mistakes made and rules broken.

The member seems to have left the site since 2015, something safe has happened.

I tried to shake the tree big enough so shit would change unfortunatley i had some wrong names involved ( obviously mainly yours) me and you are sweet as last 3-4 years that was just a big fuck up that i hit the nail wrong a few times on.

What i like when people delibratly bump posts like that from the past is sussing out the banned dudes, one because their all banned and were still here and 2- those banned guys are floating around somewhere under new names lol.
Doesnt take alot to recognise their typing and grammar.

Always because of that damn karma. In my opinion, Tren was too much in those periods.
I have been here since 2011, on and off as you can imagine. The hobby we have is not legal in most countries, and thus many disappearances can be attributed to issues of that nature.
Personally, I have also had the odd run-in with the law, although I would consider myself very fortunate that nothing really serious ever came of it.
Have been absent many times, also because sometimes there are simply other priorities in life, but I've always returned. Sometimes I think about all the great members from back in the day I used to kick it on here with. Great personalities and just overall great people.
I remember my inbox overflowing with PMs from people just trying to say what's up or asking for advice. On a daily basis.
While reading old threads, I can only hope that you selectively take in the information you are getting. We are much more knowledgeable now than we were years ago about this sport. Some of the info is outdated and no longer useful.

I'm currently using a 23G needle and I'm fine with it. With an 18 gauge needle I think it is almost impossible to inject a fairly dense oil. The piston would get stuck there lol

I think they get a little burnout dealing with dumbasses saying the same shit over and over every-day-day-day. I think they take a little brain hiatus and then come back to grace us time to time. I haven't been here that long, but it's nice to see a cpl of them check in. But let's not under rate the quality of information being given by active reputable members here. Props to the originals and the ones who still doing it legit.
