+ 6 Super Lean – Three Weeks of Observations (Full Review After Bloodwork)

ad

Every once in a while you come across a compound whose most noticeable effect isn’t strength or pumps - it’s how much it makes you want to train. Three weeks into Super Lean, that’s the effect I keep coming back to.

I’ve held off writing anything because I don’t think three workouts tells you much. Three weeks still isn’t enough for a full review, but it’s enough to start painting the picture.

I’ve seen plenty of “best thing ever” reviews written after one or two doses, and I don’t think that’s helpful to anyone. I also tend to be skeptical of kitchen-sink oral blends. Four compounds in one tablet sounds great on paper, but it also makes it difficult to know which ingredient is responsible for which effect. If something works - or something doesn’t - you can’t isolate the culprit.

I’ve run Anavar, Winstrol, and Turinabol individually and in different combinations over the years. The only truly new variable for me here is the M-Tren.

I wasn’t looking for another oral to run every day. I wanted something I could use strategically a couple of times a week to improve the quality of my training. So I intentionally started at what I thought was the lowest dose that would still be noticeable.

I’m having comprehensive bloodwork done next week, and that will ultimately determine whether my subjective experience matches the objective data. Until then, these are simply my observations after three weeks.

Protocol

I’ve been running ¼ tablet, 2–3 times per week, usually Monday/Wednesday/Friday or Monday/Thursday (9 doses so far).

Each tablet contains:
1 mg Methyltrienolone (M-Tren)
33 mg Anavar
33 mg Winstrol
33 mg Turinabol

That puts my dose at approximately:
0.25 mg M-Tren
8 mg Anavar
8 mg Winstrol
8 mg Turinabol

I intentionally started low. I’ve always believed in finding the minimum effective dose before assuming more is better.

The Biggest Surprise

The mental side.
Not aggression.
Not euphoria.
Not feeling wired.

Just an incredible desire to train.

I’ve used a fair number of compounds over the years, and very few have made me genuinely look forward to getting to the gym like this did.

Once I got in the gym, time seemed to disappear.

More than once I looked at the clock and realized I’d been training for nearly three hours without intending to. I wasn’t scrolling Eroids or checking emails. I was simply locked into the workout.

That was the effect that kept standing out to me.

Consistency

This may actually be what impressed me the most.

I’ve had compounds that blew me away the first couple of times I used them, only to lose that magic by the third or fourth dose.

Nine doses in, I was honestly expecting the same thing here.

It hasn’t happened yet.

By the sixth, seventh, eighth, and now ninth dose, I expected the novelty to fade like it has with TNE and other compounds I’ve used. It hasn’t.

If anything, that’s what finally convinced me this wasn’t just placebo or the excitement of trying something new.

Performance

The endurance increase was obvious.

Volume became easier to tolerate, rest periods naturally shortened, and workouts flowed without feeling forced.

The pumps were excellent, but what impressed me even more was how long the vascularity lasted. It wasn’t just a temporary gym pump, it stuck around well into the evening.

Again, that’s not why I’d use a product like this, but it was a noticeable effect.

Recovery

One thing I noticed, and I’m hesitant to credit entirely to Super Lean because I’m running other compounds as well, was recovery.

I’d get that satisfying deep muscle soreness that tells you the workout was productive, but it usually faded by that evening or, at the latest, the following morning.

Whether that’s from Super Lean, the overall protocol, or a combination of both, I honestly can’t say. I just thought it was worth mentioning because it was consistent and different.

I’ve been running the rest of my protocol since February, so Super Lean is really the only meaningful change I’ve made. That doesn’t prove it’s responsible, but it certainly makes it the prime suspect.

Side Effects

Because of what’s in Super Lean, I paid close attention to side effects.

At my dose, I didn’t notice:

Mood swings
Irritability
Anxiety
Insomnia
Excessive joint pain
Dark yellow urine
Acne
Oily skin
Changes in body odor

One thing I did notice was thinking about it over the weekends when I wasn’t taking it.

Not craving it, but it’s definitely not a background compound either.

I don’t find myself thinking about Primo, GH, or even Test between doses. I did find myself looking forward to the next Super Lean workout because I knew how productive it was likely to be.

Maybe it's psychologically reinforcing. Maybe it's simply because the workouts were that enjoyable and reminded me why I fell in love with lifting in the first place.

I honestly don’t know.

I just thought it was worth mentioning because it stood out.

Pushing the Dose

Curiosity got the better of me, so I tried ½ tablet once.

For me...

Too much.

Seriously, TOO MUCH.

The focus became almost overwhelming.

Ironically, it happened on a cardio-first, lift-second day.

I never ended up lifting.

I settled into a rhythm on the bike, and when I finally looked up I’d been riding for two hours without realizing it.

My legs stayed sore for roughly 18 hours afterward.

That was enough experimentation for me.

I may try another ½-tablet session on a lift-only day at some point, but for now I’m sticking with ¼ tablet because it’s consistently given me everything I was looking for.

Sometimes more isn’t better.

The Only Downside

Oddly enough, the only downside I’ve found so far is that it almost made the gym too enjoyable.

More than once I looked at the clock and realized I’d spent three hours training when I’d planned on seventy-five to ninety minutes.

That’s great on a day off.

Not so great if you have somewhere to be afterward.

Hydration

One thing I made a conscious effort to do throughout this trial was stay hydrated.

I consistently drank between 1½ and 2 gallons of water per day.

I think staying ahead of hydration helped keep the pumps manageable and may have helped with the soreness. My urine remained clear or nearly clear throughout, although the upcoming labs will tell me far more about kidney and liver function than urine color ever could.

Where I Think It Fits

This isn’t something I’d recommend to someone new to performance-enhancing drugs.

I also don’t think it’s something I’d personally run every day.

Where I think it shines is for someone who’s already dialed in with their training and nutrition and wants to make a handful of workouts each month exceptional instead of simply adding another daily oral.

I’ve been one of the bigger advocates for TNE because of the mental drive it gave me early on.

The problem was that, for me, the effect faded with repeated use. Increasing the dose never brought back that original spark.

Nine doses into Super Lean, I haven’t experienced that diminishing return yet.

That’s probably the single biggest reason I’m so impressed with it.

I may retire TNE for a year or so and see whether a long break brings back some of the initial response it once gave me.

Final Thoughts So Far

After three weeks, ¼ tablet has become my preferred dose.

I expected the pumps.

I expected the endurance.

I even expected the focus.

What I didn’t expect was how consistently those effects would repeat.

Nine doses later, the response still hasn’t noticeably diminished. That's the part I can't stop thinking about.

That’s what has my attention.

The biggest takeaway for me isn’t the pumps, the vascularity, or even the endurance.

It’s the quality of the training sessions.

Once I walk into the gym, distractions disappear. The workouts feel purposeful, time disappears, and before I know it, hours have gone by.

I’ve only experienced something similar with TNE, but for me that effect faded relatively quickly. So far, Super Lean hasn’t.

That said, subjective experience is only half the story.

I'm intentionally waiting for the bloodwork before drawing conclusions.

Bloodwork is scheduled for next week, and I’ll post everything, the good, the bad, or the ugly, once the results come back, which will probably take another week or two.

The full review will include:

CBC with Differential and Platelets
Comprehensive Metabolic Panel
Lipid Panel with Reflex to Direct LDL
Apolipoprotein B
Hemoglobin A1c
Iron, TIBC, and Ferritin Panel
GGT
hs-CRP
PSA
IGF-1 by LC/MS
DHEA-S
Total Testosterone by MS
Free Testosterone by Dialysis
SHBG
Ultrasensitive Estradiol by LC/MS
DHT
Prolactin
TSH
Free T3
Vitamin D
Cystatin C with estimated GFR

If the bloodwork looks as good as the workouts have felt, I think Super Lean will earn a permanent place in my toolbox as something I use strategically for specific training sessions.

If it doesn’t, you’ll see that too.

Either way, I’ll post the results.

Good, bad, or ugly.

Great write up! I think using orals pwo a few times a week is the best bang for your buck approach, especially for something toxic like mtren. Looking forward to seeing the bloodwork!

Awesome write up. Curious how this compares to solo injectable mtren

top write up Bodhi, I'm interested to see whether the effects do tailor off with time or they maintain for a good period.

Looking forward to the labs. Curious to see at those low doses if theres any negative trends. That low individually probably wouldnt do much damage, just wondering how the synergy between the 4 orals is going to show up.

I was just thinking today about preworkout type stuff, trying to get away from the powder pre's on the market. All comes down to effectiveness vs cost per serv, etc.

Good info on this review so far, lets see what the bloods say.
