For sure. Honestly I neglected legs for awhile and just started training them hard in the past 6 months. I wanna put some size in them for sure now. Get to where I can wear them short shorts on the beach and have that quad separation hanging out. lol
Grow them while you can, because they are one of the first muscle groups to lose size when you get older. Ever seen an old rooster with huge quads? Answer: nope.

if i dont want fat - i use fruits (banana, berrys, apple ) but no peanut
mix everything and froze!
of course with some sweetener and cacao

I'm sticking to the casein protein shakes for the long acting stuff....cottage cheese is rough to get down. Maybe mixing it into a shake would be the way to go.

The consistency was very thick. I gave the whole jug away. But it was along time ago about 8 years. Maybe they came along way. I may have try it again.
Use water bro..when I mix it with milk its like drinking raw eggs..thick as hell...sometimes I'll use like 5oz milk and then add like 5 oz water but either way the milk makes it way thicker
I've been using GNC Sustain....has 4 different types of protein, including casein. The peanut butter, strawberry and fruity pebbles are all really good. If milk makes it too thick for you try almond milk. Silk is definitely thinner. I mix in bananas, different frozen fruits, yogurts, oats, peanut butter ect. Always turns out pretty great.
I Use casein and if I'm doing whole foods it's eggs or egg whites..i can't do the cottage cheese either grosses me out lol
I personally avoid casein or any dairy derived proteins. Even if lactose is removed. Long ago i used to chug hydrolyzed whey isolate all the way to casein/ cottage cheese/milk etc. I just dont seem to absorb it very well. Ever since switching to egg whites(the ones from carton ,since they're low heat pasturized) I have felt and seen way more gains than any other route. Going for the food source itself instead of byproducts/sub parts of of them. If i were a "B" blood type id be living on mountains of ice cream in the land of milk shakes hahaha. Until then its beef,chicken,turkey,fish,egg until then.
The advancement of instantizing whole foods has helped tremendously as well... egg whites, collagen(multi source), chicken, and beef. Pretty impressive. I also do a bit of plant based proteins ie pea/brown rice proteins. Always multi source due to incomplete AA profiles
Greek yogurts a good replacement with way less sodium.
Greek yogurt is like a staple of my diet..i eat it almost every day with either lunch or dinner...it's good stuff for sure as long as it tastes good lol
Edit my favourites are the dannon light and fit protein...they taste good as hell and are like 80 calories
I like the Oikos triple zero. You can also make tzatziki sauce with plain Greek yogurt. It’s delicous on anything.
Yea those are pretty good. I’ve been sticking to the great value light vanilla Greek yogurt tho. For cost reasons. I like it tho. I hate any plain Greek yogurts unless I’m mixing in a shake. Taste like straight sour cream. Ugh.

I eat those np. Liver I wouldn’t order but I would eat it. Pickled pigs feet np. Canned oysters np. Canned peas I woulnt touch.
When I was in Catholic school the Nuns made me eat them. Caught me putting them in my milk carton...mom started packing my lunch and got me. Lance Link Secret Chimp lunch box. Ever since then I don’t eat canned peas. That was either 69 or 70...

my father left when i was 6 but during that time he made my mother cook liver. she said the way she made it i liked it. i dont remember but once he was gone she never made. she hated it.
but see did make peas esp. when she made massed potatoes.

I used to do cottage cheese(1%) with a mandarin cup and some sunflower seeds or some small nut(no homo). Pretty tasty. Not a fan of plain cottage cheese tho.

Today is the day! Congratulations to everyone who competed and completed this challenge. Regardless of the placings we've all already won in a sense. We're all sporting some pretty ripped physiques this summer and we all reached personal goals. Good luck guys! Because on top if all that, 10 of us are about to get paid!
