so this is my 1st cycle I am ready to start tell me what you think all.

Auragin - 3 capsules with pre workout meal

Weeks 1 – 10
Testosterone Enanthate - 500mg/week (inject 1mL Monday and Friday)
Boldenoneundecyclenate- 500mg/week (inject 1mL Monday and Friday)
BSL Eradicate – 1 pill with breakfast every day
BSL Gear Support – 2 pills with breakfastevery day

Weeks 11 – 18
BSL Apex Male – 4 pills with breakfast
BSL PCT – 1 pill with breakfast

Weeks 13 – 14
Clomid 50mg/day
Nolvadex 40mg/day
Ostarine 25mg/day

Weeks 15 - 16
Clomid 25mg/day

Kinda funny we have about the same stats and are interested in both test and bold for cycles. With that being said I decided to wait on the cycle and more advanced compounds once I joined as well.
For me I really hammered my legs hard 3x per week for 4 week periods while upping food to 2g per lb protein and 2g per lb carbs while doing so and the weight came on pretty easy. Took a matter of 3 or so months to get up to 189 from 175. It’s doable in less than 2 years.
In terms of stubborn belly fat and being on the go all the time I have the same issue. My mistake was relying heavily on cheap weight gainer shakes and protein powders when I couldn’t eat cuz I was determined to get enough calories. Eventually my energy crashed, I ate more to compensate (not the best food choices either), and woke up one day and realized I had gotten fat. Not make the same mistake as me and learn to meal prep and eat more slow digestion carbs than fast. Good luck

It’s going to be a process but I could imagine once I am 200lbs walking around this bitch people already going to think I cycled lol! Oh boy I’m gonna look fucking cocked diesel after all this!

Once I threw it all into my legs my whole body grew a lot faster. For my work uniform I went from size small to medium to actually busting mediums and then not being able to fit my arms thru them anymore while
Doing leg specialization. Everyone at work and in the gym was suspicious lol. Always had a 6 pack but after I screwed my nutrition up worse it ended up fading. It most went to the side/back fat. 200 should be easy for u if u bust ur ass and steer clear of simple carbs unless there’s a clear reason for them like right around workout time

Also, DO NOT take sarms during PCT. they are supressive

I am Defiantly going to wait, I want to do things the right way the 1st time not just fuck it up you know.
I have a 6 week vacation coming up in August I am going to hit the gym twice a day!
I already told my wife in those 6 weeks I don't care about her or the kids only about gains! lol
Really am lying I love them all she knows it but seriously only about gain! I need them I want them I want to be walking around this bitch 200 lbs of muscle, im gonna look crazy plus being 5'9" going to look like a freakin animal!

I'm 5'9 so I know exactly what you mean. Trust me when you hit 200 you're gonna want 210 lol. Just remember you don't wanna get there overnight. Also remember recovery is even more important than the gym. Two a days can be effective for short bursts if you plan them right, but you better be getting a shit load of calories and 9-10 hours sleep minimum if you're going to be training like that.

I will only repeat what you have already heard.

-Eat (Get diet in check)
-Too much gear for first time, you are not ready to deal with sides
-Workout (you can go 200+ easy without gear)
-Read tru forums and gather more info about long and short cycles and esters.

I’m not going to blast you since you are new,but listen to the other guys.EQ is not for a short cycle and you are not ready for it.If you are dead set on a cycle,test only and not near as much as you are planning.Lower doses means lower sides that need mitigated.Keep learning and listen to the guys in here they really do have you best interests at heart.
Truth is you can easily get to 200lbs with food and work.Good luck!

No brother you can do it faster than that.Eat clean and eat often,make sure you cardio is high intensity like sprints.The game is about adaptation.That means changing up pretty frequently.Make you body adapt and don’t let complacency creep in.Truth is you are young enough that you really don’t need gear to gain.

Is there anything i don't get? You want to use testo and bolde just for 10weeks, correct? Don't want to be rude, but that's nonsense. This both are longesters, so a 10 weeks cycle is bullshit. Furthermore a first cycle should be testo only and NOT a stack!

However... like the other guys here, i think you should wait with doing a cycle.

You should definitely wait bro & change your diet up & maybe your workout & gain some natty muscle. At your age, it shouldn’t be hard. Do you track carbs, protein & calories?
One last thing, only introduce one new compound to your body at a time. It’s safer because if sides start going south you will know the culprit. First cycle is test only & I recommend first 3 cycles test only. You should study up a little more as well.

two more question
when does one know when they should cycle and does gear expire ??
I don't mind waiting honestly I am in no rush to stick my self..
but I was ready to change my body from beast to (monster mayhem!!!)
I just started a diet about a month ago prepping for this specific cycle goal..

Breakfast – 80g oats, 45g protein from whey isolate
Morning – 200g chicken breast, 250g sweet potato, greens, 20g almonds
Lunch – 200g salmon fillet or steak, kale, 80g basmati rice
Afternoon – 60g oats, 45g protein from whey isolate, 10g almond butter, add hot water.
Evening meal – 300g white potato, 150g beef mince, 2egg whites, cup of spinach
Before bed – 45g protein from casein with 3 rice cakes
...
how's the meal prep look? I mean I do good amount of cardio I box 3 times a week on top of working-out of 4 times a week and work a full time 40 hour a week job I am always on the go...
seems I cant burn this a little bit of belly fat .... even with the diet I mean its only been a month but I keep bouncing between 169lb and 179lbs any other advice you can give me on that JARHEAD???

You should try to get to 220lbs & see where your at by then as far as a cycle. It’s definitely not magic as is assumed by most. It’s hard work regardless off AAS or not... no shortcuts.
There is an expiration date on the bottle, but if you keep it in a cool dry place I’ve used over the expiration by 6 months & never had issues. Storage is the key!

how's the meal prep look?

Meal prep looks good, but you should really track everything. MyFitnessPal is a great app that will help. Myplate is ok as well. You may need to change things up according to your body to make gains.

As far as belly fat, you have more fat cells with a higher binding affinity in areas & core being one, so it’s the hardest places to shed. Feed the muscle & starve the fat bro. Again, you’re doing good research & just keep it up. Research diets as well bro. There’s a lot of good info here for that too!

exactly one of the reason why I posted on here...
I have been doing a lot of reading and educating myself for about 3 months now and i decided to go buy everything to be ahead of the game.. but with that said still iffy on starting my cycle...
but i do appreciate your advice Heaze.

Never thought about this but does Gear expire??? if i did decide to wait another 6 months?

Normally you got an exp date on it and if you bought the last couple of weeks, you can wait 6 or 12 months without any problems.
