How's it going everyone Vstacks here.
I Am new to this forum stuff I've been browsing here on and off for about 2 months,
I've been hitting the weights for about 2 years
I went from 155lbs to 175lbs with in that time all natural, I want to continue to grow and educate myself so that why I joined.
cant wait to be part of this family!
