A majority have been on this board for years and are chatting amongst friends, So yes, I can assure you this is something we'd say to your face.
There is a lot of men talking about mens bodies... at times a no homo is required as is outlined in the No homo handbook (read the rules) chapter 14, paragraph 16, section C

Mid thirties I was 290 at 8%
Bench was 540. Deadlift 725 squat 580 then in my forties the injuries began. Now my training consists of just doing a little better than my last workout, everytime. Still decent numbers but not that freak shit I was doing. The real goal is still scoring young hot women. As long as that's happening my workouts are accomplishing everything they need to :-)

Probably still is. A real player never puts it down. Google Dave Draper today. 75 still jacked. For me retirement has brought better control of my nutrition. If you don’t let yourself go you can deffinately make gains in your 50s. Can’t speak for the 60s yet but if nutrition and hormones are controlled I see no reason you couldn’t.
