Helios or cy3 ever used?
ad
Just curious if anyone ever ran Helios (mainly for spot reduction) or cy3 (clen,yohamide,t3) to aid in fat loss during a cutting phase. I have stubborn fat in my love handles Nd I can diet and cardio my ass off and have abs and still love handles! It's frustrating and was thinking a Helios cycle could help. I've read the 2 week on 2 week off and repeat is best but anyone have real life advice, recommendations? Or am I better off w an oral form like cy3 plus my diet and cardio?

SynthgainsI have tried cy3. The yohimbine made me feel like shit. Even worse than 600mg dnp. But thats me personally. Im curious about helios to
ebuyankeehelios is a bomb
The fact is your "love handles " might not disappear untill you reach single digits. 16% is still high for some. And yeah it's those places that it hits first. Keep trucking brother.
I'll be sub 10% and still have a huge looking gut. For some reason that is the last place for it to leave and the first to go on for some reason. Can't really do spot treatments for fat loss. Just have to keep dropping bodyfat and eventually it will go.
basskiller89You're too high a body fat brother, just continue dieting util the fat pulls from wherever you're stressing over
Hello Sir,
Am I wrong or we have already discussed Helios with you before Sir??
To me there is no such a thing as stubborn fat, yes once you start dieting (which means you start decreasing your calorie intake while maintaining high quality foods at the right proportions depending on your goals) your fat start going everywhere but a bit slower in your mid section. Well that is a gender/genetic factor, last place male body prefers to stores the fat is midsection or in the hips for females.
Now once you got stacked with your diet, it's time to adjust one of these two factors: increase exercise or decrease calories ( not a good idea to do both at the same time by the way) because in the end it is all about calories in VS calories out. One you adjust one of these factors and stick to this routine for a while, you should start seeing the results and fat in your midsection should start disappearing. Have to admit though at this stage things are going to get harder as you exercise more and eat less however this is the only way forward.
Oh Yes, fat burning stimulants may work but only if the routine above is strictly followed, so there are no easy ways I guess, hard work. Maybe this is not what you want to hear, but this is reality, if it was easy everyone would be walking around with abs and life would be boring. But great physique make you special because you are different comparing to majority, that's your status in the society like driving a Ferrari, people look at you differently.
Think I am getting too emotional.
Hope you will not take this personally and it helps you one way or another.
Regards
No thisnos my first time posting about this and by stubborn fat I mean the last area to burn. This all helps I know nothing substitutes for hard work just looking for something to help and if Helios would do so.
Oh and Just to add my fiancé works for a plastic surgeon and I get free cool sculpting (freezes fat cells and kills permanently) only had one session didn't see any results they claim 3-6 treatments are normal. So this may be another help to the dilemma
I don’t know about side effects from a treatment like that but if it’s free... why not.
Yohimbe can be helpful with stubborn fat but be careful as it gives me heart palpitations even at lower doses. Diet and cardio will work bro. It’s worked for years and continues to. I like fasted cardio in the morning.
