+ 16 Simple cycles with best gains

ad

It seems the majority of new folks here regardless of cycle history, age or stats come here with an advanced cycle & then they’re upset when we care enough to tell them they’re not ready. For instance, tren IMO is the most abused compound. Many take it too early! It’s became the big red button that says, “don’t push!” So, most reach for those things they shouldn’t have. Are we partly to blame in the AAS community for the hype? Idk, but I think we can positively reinforce that there are simple cycles that we have used & have had great gains!!
Test is sometimes the most underrated compound. Someone comes in with diet on point & working hard in the gym, & they start a test only cycle. It was great results & they post pics & stats before & after in self amazement. Then cycle 2, they start wanting to add other compounds as if a little is great then more is better. Most of us here don’t compete, & as for me I probably never will. There’s no need to abuse my body beyond necessary limits with unnecessary compounds. Since test worked great the first time, run it again! I have had great gains with simple test cycles! I add a little provi in with it & it good to go. If I start cranking advanced compounds earlier than necessary, IMO it will have an effect on your future cycles.

Example:
Test E 250mg twice a week (Monday & Thursday)
Provi 25mg twice a day
AI as needed

This is a simpl cycle that with a diet on point & workouts where they should be will continually bring results!!

What are some simple cycles that you go to?

Simple is great. Safe is even better. Practice safe cycles.

Lot's of old timers competed with the doses you're talking. They had great physiques too. Shame it's gotten to chemical warfare levels. Great post +3

Great post! You nailed it
I have done cycles over 16 years. Tried many. Conclusion..
Test only cycles are my favorite. I don't get huge crater acne, I don't sweat excessively, I'm not bloated and look like I am going to pop.
P.s. there is no magical dose where you grow into a pro.
For the young ones who think pinning is fun and want to do tons of fast action anabolics. It's called scar tissue. Think of how many injections you will have to give yourself over the next year, 5,10,20,30 plus years of that. You won't have a muscle left without hitting scar tissue alot and you can't inject there anymore. Pin as INFREQUENTLY as possible.

People underestimate a Test cycle. There looking for that instant gratification that doesnt happen for 99 percent of them.

Yep..and only for sure way to measure, too... Smile

I’ve seen someone say anything under 300 mgs test is a complete waste. Absolutely ridiculous.

JARHEAD2's picture

Yeah I read today someone said taking Var under 60mgs is a complete waste lol

RangerVet's picture

How about the" aww dude you need at least a gram of eq to grow. How about the 900mg npp post guy, never tried deca in his life, starts at 900mg a week!!! . They literally pull these doses out of a cracker jack box. Really dumb.. for real

helloBrooklyn's picture

Even the infamous Rich Piana cycle didn’t go above 35 mgs of Anavar/day. That should tell people something.

Right!

Interesting question kind of popped in my head. I’m wondering, if dosages are slightly and gradually increased over a long period of time, whether the body will “adapt” to the stresses of supraphysiological androgen levels over time and become better acclimated to autonomously combat side effects systemically.

Kind of like how the body adapts to training stimulus slowly, and hence the avoidance of going too hard too soon. I’m wondering if the same applies to AAS use.

helloBrooklyn's picture

The evidence and data we have points to “no.” But our information about receptors with supraphysiological levels is primarily based on rodent studies, not human, so it’s not 100% conclusive.

I got my blood test results over the phone today after first 3 months of TRT pinning 100mg test cyp weekly. Total test 980, free test 158, estro in normal range but upper limit, rbc's borderline high, endo suggests donating every 3 months, bumped me up to 150mg per week, which I'm thinking should throw me up around 1200 or so, and maybe bump the free test numbers.

Makwa's picture

Probably going to have to start taking an AI now also. Just starts getting messing trying to push that upper range. Now you need to be extra diligent with prostate, kidneys, rbc, cholesterol, BP etc. Pushing the upper range may sound cool but in reality I don't think it is really worth it.

herpjunkie111's picture

Understand, and fully prepared to back off if that's necessary for overall health. Endo said my estro levels being in the upper end of normal I need to report any side effects immediately, but no AI prescribed just yet. I have a BP cuff and stethoscope and have been checking my BP, still same as it was on 100mgs, normal, though I realize it's going to be a bit before the effects of the higher dosage kick in.

herpjunkie111's picture

Bloods just came back and she called me, told me those levels I gave and said everything else was good, nothing to comment on. I'll get it all electronically soon though, but if there were any issues she would have said.

helloBrooklyn's picture

Whaaaaaat? Your doctor must like you. You’re already high normal with total and free test levels better than most 18 year olds, and (s)he’s bumping your dose up? Sweet deal.

herpjunkie111's picture

That is the case, can't really say more than that though, lol. She actually bumped me before the bloods even came back, I had asked to go up. Probably gonna get reamed on here for that, but I'm trying to get 1200+ on the TRT as long as i can do it safely. Got drained before i upped to the 150 though, and will be carefully monitored. Rbc's were a little on the high end but still normal, and less than what they were before, but she wanted to drain just to be safe, and based off all I've read here can't argue with that.....

Need to update my stats but already over my pre-surgery/pre-injury weight and still gaining well off bulk diet, still lean as hell too. Hopefully this bump up will encourage more positive results.

My problem lately has been taking days off, guess it's the free test levels maybe or all the energy from the new diet, but I have a hard time making myself not lift and take days off, even though I know I need to, I just try to convince myself I'll grow more by taking time off.

helloBrooklyn's picture

I know what you mean by taking days off. It took me a while to get used to the reduced frequency, but once I acclimated to it I found myself being able to train a little harder on the days I did lift and legitimately needing the days off to recover properly. The void of off days can be filled with low (or no) impact aerobic exercise. That’s great for your health and recovery.

herpjunkie111's picture

That's the plan for tonight actually, and I'm thinking/hoping some cardio will help reduce rbc's a little too.
