Site injections for specific muscle growth

Just wondering what every ones experiences and thoughts are on site injections for specific muscle growth. The reason for asking is because ive heard so many people say that it doesn't help with growth, but before i started pinning my delts they were my weak point, then i started pinning them loads mainly with test prop the odd test suspension jab. Now my delts are bigger than ever and my strongest muscle group. I also pin my glutes and i had the same experience with them. Anyway now i'm thinking of pinning my arms as they are lagging and its genetic, i tried everything else to make them grow training wise. Anyone here had any joy with pinning biceps and triceps for growth ?

I stick with Glutes, I'm thinking about trying the thigh.

I know of a guy that got an infection & it spread to his spine before they could stop it & he had to have vertebrae removed!! It’s no joke!!

Little update pinned my bicep 3 days ago with 1ml of test e 500 23g needle. holy fuck virgin muscle is a bitch. Arm has swollen up always happens when I inject virgin muscle though. I know it will get easier but first bicep injection isn't a joke. I wouldn't recommend starting on a ml for biceps start with half and see how you react.
I love pinning the bicep,for me the trick is to flex and pin the belly.I've never gotten pip ever.For me warm oil is the key.
What type of pin do you use bro, I'm seriously considering this
I use a 23 gauge one inch.Dont be tempted to use a 3/4 inch because if you don't go deep enough the oil comes out of the muscle and can irritate tie facia.

Warm oil is one of the best preventative measures.It also helps you pull the oil into the pin more easily .Rustyhooker has a PIP guideline on here if you use the search function.Its full of useful info.I'm lucky don't get it too often.

Yea you ain't kidding. I have 10 spots, soon to be 12 and always looking for new ones. If I ever get the balls to try lats and traps I'll be up to 16. Don't know if I'll ever get the courage for bi's tri's. I wanna get a nerve diagram or some shit.
I was thinking of adding anterior delts, that would make 14. You ever give that a go? That's my next endevour after I try my next spot, but also the reason I want the nerve diagram.
RustyhookerWifey pins my tris but not brave enough for bis or pecs. Havent hit rear delts yet. Thought about traps but could imagine getting bad tension headache.
I try to keep below 1.5cc so for example as i rotate i can hit higher or lower on outer quad.
Typical ventros, quads outer, intermedius quads are sweet, delts, triceps.
Outer quads are definitely my favorite, but intermedius isn't bad. I just hit nerves more often there than outer. When you do ventros, do you go more toward the front or side? I thought i was hitting ventros for the longest time and turns out its might just be the side of my glute and ventros are in the front by your coin pocket of jeans? If this is true i was gonna try the actual ventro.

Just google "ventrogluteal". It more on the side. I'm trt and it's mo go to spot.
I'm hitting more toward the side now and calling it v-glute, its sweet. then I saw this spot toward the front when I was doing some googling and thought maybe I was hitting something else.
Hell, even if it's not really v-glute, and it's something else, it's still a bonus spot for me that I'm not currently hitting.

Looks like your punting to a hip flexor.
Mine is right on the side and actally extended toward the back side. Turn sideways in the mirror and just lightly flex your glutes. You'll see the ventro pop out. That's how I always find it.
P.S. That pic needs a substantial "NO HOMO" before and after it.

Guess he's pinning his hip flexor and I've been doing v-glute correctly all along then. Lol. Well then, so much for finding a new spot. Unless I give hip flexors a go...

backonroidsI find bis really easy mate , if you do try bis don't use anything high concentrate and only pin like 0.5cc it feels the same as delts to me and remind me of quads in the sense it allows you the ability to stay steady no turning , it's a nice straight jab

I go top quad, delts, side quad, glutes, side glutes (what I thought was v-glute), and next is the real v-glute, then maybe anterior delt and chest in the future but always worried about bis

I even avoid delts these days havent pinned them in like 2 yrs i rkn.
My cycles are small these days so get away with quads/ glutes/ ventros.
You can hit quads upper/ lower and inner and outer easily in same week if needed.
Ive hit nerves in quads hundreds of times its a cunt its like your leg collapses and ive actually got numb sections in them, roid noid has the same thing, i also get involuntary spasms, and it all stems from my earlier cycles- i used to put 3-5 mls in them twice a week on each. Young and dumb.

Inner quads? Didn't even know you could safely do that. I use outer top half and side, but wouldn't even know where to go inner. You care if I PM you about how to mark the spot?
I'm surprised we don't have a post of all good spots to hit and how to mark them. P had a couple of site specific posts but I knew the ones I could find and couldn't find more if he did them. it's tough to search his stuff.
Just tense your quad, you got outer middle then obviously inner is furthest point of muscle toward groin side.
Lol I know that part. I mean how far up and down is safe. About the same upper/middle range as the Other quad muscles?

I put my hand flat with my middle finger touching the top of knee bone and pin where the bottom of hand under thumb has that curve to wrist
