+ 1 Dht compounds and bloodwork/ intro

ad

Hey fellow breathren in iron :-) im new as a member but familiar with the site and always a fan of bodybuilding aas etc. Im getting closer to 40 and been running test as trt for years now, but also cruise on test and masteron, id like to think I cover all aspects of safety and consistent bloods but my last most recent showed a huge and horrible cholesterol issue, so much so that my doc a younger guy said it was the worst he had seen. My good total was 343 with my good cholesterol at 12 im aware dht compounds can have adverse effects but its only while running high mast and var that it's ever been this off. Could be false high until I go off, but scared the shit out of me, just curious if any have heard of numbers this high, of course theres more at play with my case I abuse at higher doses for longer than most, but wanted to give this info as just another reminder always stay up on often bloods, I let over a year go after alway being good and this is the result, I believe the dht and hardening compounds are solely to blame but cutting trt down now also, thanks for any feedback bros!!

If you do a crtl f and search the following text:
There are a number of potential explanations why the changes in lipid and lipoprotein levels are greater in athletes using androgenic steroids

...in this journal article, you might find it interesting...
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/books/NBK409608

Possibly an argument for very low dose cycles to improve lipid profiles??
"The effect of testosterone replacement therapy on plasma lipids and lipoproteins is modest and variable but high dose androgen therapy used by athletes can markedly decrease HDL cholesterol and also reduce Lp(a) levels"

Any link mate??

Would be interesting to read up on...I've used var a lot and had some alarming liver values on accation. Mainly in the summer time so I know hydration was a key factor.

Try and go down the natural root if you can buddy. Try adding in fish oils and more omega 3 in your diet, garlic oil extract and add soya lecithin in to your diet keep the saturated fats low and your numbers will start to drop in no time my man Smile

I use niacin, fish oil, red yeast rice, policosanol, pterostilbene, fiber, and vitamin d. All that and some cardio put me from 3x at risk to normal range in 3-4 weeks I believe it was
