+ 2 Going hypo from tren
Good Evening fellow eroids extended family lol I want to post this to hopefully help others and learn from other experiences regarding the same issue. About two years ago i almost swore of trenbolone completely, and have struggled with the title of this topic, hypoglycemia! Any one who's messed around with slin or igf1 knows how shitty it feels, even sometimes guys running just mild cycles and missing a meal for too many hours can fall victim to the dreaded cold sweats, hungry, pale, shaky, sometimes seeing colors and much worse.
At the moment I'm running a small weekly dose of ace in the form of a cut blend with extra mast p and test p. One thing for sure, for me anyway, after doing this for well over a decade I respond way better to higher test lower tren, some like opposite, I keep test over anything always. Now there could be several reasons tren makes me go hypo, I'm a bigger guy, and taller than most pros my weight in the off season, stay around 300 year round, of course little lighter when conditioned and peeled. Tren has such a strong nutrient partitioning effect that it constantly depletes muscle glycogen stores and creates protein synthesis and anabolism greater than just about anything, this leads to constantly robbing me of precious glycogen even when timing meals religiously and adding lots of simple and complex carbs.
I am close friends with a very popular "guru" who had battled insulin resistance from years of hgh abuse
Thru trial and error he had found that taking very high doses of vitamin d3 in a few months time was actually strong enough on blood sugar levels that it was lowering his AIC enough to show drastic changes on paper in his routine bloodwork check ups, I explained my issue with the feeling hypo all the time on tren and took his advice to start at 8,000 ius d3 daily then raise it to 12,000 ius the next month. Only increasing and taking it for the duration of however long I run the trenbolone, otherwise I live in a very very hot climate and am fine with a good multi vitamin lol.
I don't know how or why or the science behind it, but for whatever reason it worked! It literally stopped all the weird fluctuations and hypo attacks and made tren tolerable again for me, this was more or less broscience passed on by a legend in our sport and it is one of the few and only things that actually fkn worked. I'm back being able to love this compound again and only get heartburn and minor night sweats☺️so for anyone who has occasionally had this happen maybe give the d3 a try, only over 10,000 ius IME is where the spells just got less and less, I know this is a weird random theory and suggestion, but if it can help one other brother on here to beat that horrible side than my long ass rant and shitty typing was worth it! If anyone else has the same problem share your story, to beat any side effect from tren, hope we all crack the code for our own body lol thanks for reading this long post.

My experience on tren and going hypo i feel is just from the extreme nutrient partitioning effects. It just ramps up my bodys metabolism so fast that it burns everything and anything off... i think of my metabolism like a campfire. Once u get it burning thru using kindling and small twigs and sticks ( working out regularly and eating right) it is then that you can add bigger pieces of wood. But the wood has to be good dry stock( clean meals). Drop a bunch of wet super thick lumber on it and it will smother it. ( dirty bulk style eatin).
Exept when on tren this campfire is now a gas powered flamethrower that burns everything as soon as it comes in contact..
If I dont eat every 2 tob3 hrs( simple and complex carbs) while on tren i get shakey weak feeling and awful. Sometimes ill smash a bag of sour patch kids and drink a gatorade and it brings me back. This effect is worse when im working and sweating alot... but the sugar fixes the problem right away.
Dude you're analogy was spot on, and I agree bro. Great comment and thanks for your input!
I did some research and here is what I found and it is to take with care, I am not a specialist. There would be a correlation between a low level of vitamin D and a low functioning thyroid, which would result in a low level of T4 / T3 hormones circulating in the blood, vitamin D stimulates the functioning of thyroid. Trenbolone would have the side effect of increasing insulin sensitivity, which would explain the concerns of hypoglycemia. T4 / T3 hormones have an effect on the liver and glucose metabolism. Hyperthyroidism is associated with insulin resistance.
So here's what I think happens, increasing the amount of vitamin D has increased the T4 / T3 circulating and actually counteract the effect of Trenbolone which is to increase insulin sensitivity.
If this theory works, an exogenous intake of T4 / T3 should resolve the problem with the increase in insulin sensitivity of Trenbolone.
Here are two interesting articles:
https://www.hindawi.com/journals/jtr/2011/152850/
(on the functioning of T4 / T3 and insulin resistance).
http://sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0039128X14003109
(on Trenbolone).
Awesome! Thanks for that info, good research!
Extremely good & interesting research what you've found there - some of the best I've seen someone do in response to a post. This would explain why I often feel quite adrenaliny when on holiday and I've been laid in the sun all day doing nothing - the big amounts of Vit D absorbed from the sun have stimmed up my thyroid! lol +1
Never noticed it from tren. Only time it happens to me is when prepping with low carbs and lots of cardio. Sure I am using tren then but the lack of carbs is the culprit for me and not the tren. Bump carbs up a bit and I am fine.
Now if you could make tren not have us descend into madness you would be onto something.
I wanted to do another run right before the turn of the year, but business is so crazy, teenage daughter started dating a loud mouth..... all signs point to no. Lol.
The only plus is that it’s been so damn hot, and I’ve been working so much, I have abs I didn’t even want right now.
Having recently escaped from a mild set of the madness myself - nothing too serious just a massive switch at week 8 from happy go lucky to grumpy as fuck and pissed off at everything and everyone - and not afraid to tell/yell about it guy - I absolutely second that concept. No mast involved for the record or I have no doubt it would have been much worse.
My last dance with it I actually thought I was doing good and then even my buddies from other groups I belong to (totally unrelated to this) started asking if I was okay, lol. My wife claims I turn into an grouchy asshole too. Then when I stop I literally feel the dark cloud lift.
Sounds like we are married to the same woman :-;
DobermannAint that the truth
Ive believe I went hypo after my first shot of Tren, as well as one time at the supplement shop got mad hot + dizzy + cold sweats, also was dieitng pretty hard for a competition so yeah Tren will do that for me...
Yep that's sounds like the feeling, sucks.
I never got hypo from Tren! And "Yes" I do prefer higher Tren and lower Test. I honestly have no idea why Tren makes you get hypo...lets see if anyone else can shed some light on it!
RustyhookerIts a carb whore. Shove it into cells and burn baby burn
jayisksounds like the lyrics from a song Dirk Diggler was singing in Boogie Nights.
RustyhookerHe was a rock star! Lmao
I know alot of people who tren does the same thing to them just not as bad, also some people get hypo on var as well, thanks for the reply!
I had several hypoglycemia with dbol after training, never with the Tren.
I did research on the internet, and it seems like I'm not the only one. A good diabetic friend gave me a blood glucose meter, now I can predict accurately and I have learned to recognize symptoms as a headache when I go below 100 mg / dL.
Those are good to have!
I do on var mate.......like you said tren/anavar are carb scavengers constantly feeding on glycogen if we don't give the body what it needs it doesn't work properly.
When ever I run var I have to have a can of coke with me between 9.00-11.00am because of the hours I work I can never get a mid morning meal into me so I settle for a sugary drink instead
Hope your "guru" freind is doing ok ;)
