Trt, Tren, Primo and test results

ad

Instead of blasting, I added small amounts of primo and tren to my trt and going to do that for at least 6 months. Wondering about my blood work for my doc. I read sometimes tren can show up as a fake reading of e2. Anyone who has done something like this, does the primo throw any of the results off? I know a lot of people throw a little primo into their trt.

zeusmarada's picture

I've read that men will use their normal 200mg test cyp dose, then add anywhere from 150 to 300mg Primobolan E to their cruise (or TRT).

The most common side is elevated RBC and hematocrit levels. Keep an eye on those. High blood pressure is NOTHING TO FUCK WITH.

You'll think to yourself, "oh, my blood pressure is high, but I'm fine." Then your chest is on fire and you're having a heart attack. Don't fuck with high blood pressure, please.

Never heard of anyone doing low dose Tren. It all depends on GOALS. Why not cycle twice in a year and do it the "right way" instead of putting constant strain (even in low doses) from tren to your system?

Dr. Rand McLain has said repeatedly, "it's usually not the DOSE that kills men, it's the DURATION."

We see guys do HUGE cycles for ten to twelve weeks, then they get off. Fast forward four months and they've "recovered." Then we see guys do six month cycles of what we would consider "safe" amounts of AAS, and they are FUCKED UP.

DURATION IS KEY. There's a reason that 200mg test cyp (or test E) is recommended for TRT. It works, it's close to "natural" as we can get, and our bodies want "natural" levels of hormones.

This is simply another perspective to take into account. Here at eroids, we preach safety for a reason. It works.

Why cruise on tren? Fuck that. Cycle it, get off, recover, and pick a new goal. Your body can do this for decades. You don't wanna spend a half of a year possibly fucking something up in your body that can't be "fixed" just to see if it's a "good idea."

Besides, the real magic pill is diet, exercise and rest. Low dose tren certainly has the potential to find you in the fetal position with cramping kidneys in four months. Be smart, brother. Keep this community posted, cuz this info is important too.

Very sound advice. Thank you for sharing that. I'm actually going to see McLain next month for the first time. Looking forward to his guidance.

Keep us (me) posted, please! I only know of the guy cuz of the YouTube videos that he's been a part of. He certainly advocates safety and caution. If only we could get some of our younger brethren to embrace patience and safety, perhaps the AAS world would be less associated with "impulsive bad behavior," etc. (We all know it aint the drugs, it's the mindset when using them.) Wishing you well, and again, please keep us posted of your visit. I hold that man in high regards, regardless of the fact that I've never met him.

PukeStack's picture

Thanks for the the well thought out and wise reply. I will consider it seriously. You make some great points. My thoughts on it are like this so you know where i am coming from. When you are not on trt, you need to get in and get out and get on pct so you can recover. If you are on trt then that changed things a bit. If you were to take 200 mgs a week tren, 600 mgs a week primo, 200 mgs a week test and run it for 13 weeks, that would be a decent cycle. Nothing crazy. If you take the same amt of drugs and cut it in half and run it for 26 weeks.. you are taking the same amount over a 6 month period and it's very small dosages that the body can handle. Gains will be slower and less dramatic. Again, less stress on the body. Less yo yoing with hormones. So while staying on for 6 months has some downsides that need to be monitored... I also see some positives to this aproach and dosages are very low. So for now, I still believe its an experiment worth running. That could change based on how i feel or how my next test results turn out.

zeusmarada's picture

Brother, I can see you've put a lot of thought into this. As with all of us, what we all choose to do with our bodies are our own choices, no one else's. So I'm gonna play devil's advocate, just for the sake of conversation on this incredible site.

As with all AAS, the big question is, WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS?

For me, being on my own self prescribed cruise is all about QUALITY OF LIFE.

I don't care if I ever get 18 inch arms. I don't care if I can ever bench three plates. Other people do, so they eat, train, and supplement accordingly.

My true desire for being a part of eroids is, I WANT MORE MEN TO EMBRACE STRENGTH.

Drugs aren't the answer to true strength. There are no shortcuts. I'm talking about STRENGTH.

Doing the work in the gym to build muscle takes mental strength. Yes, AAS is a tool to help in recovery. Yup, it works wonders. However, when a man builds up strength slowly, year in and year out, he also builds patience. He learns to observe (and I'm not just talking about the lovely ladies in yoga pants, although that is a nice perk to my gym). He learns to internalize success and failure. He gets a tweak or injury, and learns that nothing beats rest and diet.

Then his marriage is better. His relationships are better. He's a better, more patient father, who has energy to go hunting, or hiking, or play hockey with his kids. We've all seen the guy who lets his insecurities get the best of him. That guy goes nuts with more and more drugs to try and get bigger and bigger, he has health problems and mental problems, and gives AAS a bad name. But the man who's patient and knows that there's no substitute to diet and proper lifting ends up showering those whom he loves with more time and energy than he had before he embraced true strength.

Sorry to go deep today, brother. I've had a cup or two too many of coffee, and I can get long winded.

Your body is wired for test. Not primo, not deca, not tren, not anavar, not d-bol. Test. When a solid diet and smart lifting are utilized, there's no more effective tool than test.

If it sounds like I'm ragging on you, oh hell no, I'm not. No judgement. You're a man, not a boy, and you're sharp. Without knowing you, I know that whatever goal(s) you choose, you're the type of guy who'll achieve them.

A guy here named IrishMack ripped me a new one a few months back cuz he disagreed with my choice to self prescribe my own cruise, and he made some incredibly valid points that have made me do a lot of thinking about AAS in general. In the end, he was sincere as he wrote, "I wish you good health, cuz in the end, that's all we have." Brother PukeStack, those are true words.

Health is all we have.

If you're on TRT for health & quality of life as opposed to physique reasons, then put test into your body, not a test derivative. If you have other goals, then of course, choose appropriately and go dominate. I'm a long winded fuck face, but I've got your back.

Life is what you build. I chose to build and strengthen my will, happiness, heart, respect, mind, aggression, and empathy. I respect the men and women on this board for the reasons that I respect myself.

Great advise @zeusmarada. We can all get carried away when we start TRT ( I certainly did). We start to feel good after being down for so long, you start to look better, you get swept away with how you want to look, how big you want to be and how strong you want to be. But!!! It is true that after the age of 40 you have what you have. You will not get much bigger, dont be fooled by water weight and bulk.Remember that your health is of the utmost concern because also at our age we dont recover like we did at 21. Just my 2 cents! Best of luck brother.

romchik88's picture

That's some good stuff man, you are a very wise man.

zeusmarada's picture

Thanks brother. I'm wishing you strength, true strength, in your life as well. It's a journey that is day in and day out. It's worth the effort.

PukeStack's picture

You've got a lot of heart. Thanks for taking the time to write down your thoughts. What does your trt cruise look like?

zeusmarada's picture

Hey brother, I've got your back, just so you know! I'll PM you to chat too.

My cruise is currently up to 200mg test cyp. I've played with Primo E too at a cruise dose, but only to try. I'm now in week two of adding primo E at 150mg per week for a few months to see how it effects me during cold season. (It's supposed to help with the immune system.)

shadowz151's picture

Great advice for any cycle. Whole blood donation to lower RBC and taking care of liver while on or off cycle should be standard.

PukeStack's picture

Thanks for the feedback. Looks like you can't post pics on this forum. At least not on my phone. Just some starting stats. I'm 40 years old. 5'9. About 217 in my avatar pic. I'm 210 now. Front loaded last week with 600 primo and 200 Tren e. I do already notice some slight tightening up visually. But I definitely already notice more energy. Almost like a nervous energy where I would rather pace around than sit around. Even at the end of a long day. Been murderiing it in the gym.

shadowz151's picture

The article stated dosage was 50mg test and dropped to 75 MG tren. Are you planning on dropping your doses a few weeks in? You look swole bro keep it up. (No homo)

He also complained of lump and had to take aromasin for a few weeks so sides are Def a possibility.

PukeStack's picture

I'm just going with what he settled with at the end. 100/100 and see what happens. Not sure the story with the lump but have to remember that je was doing a lot more test... i think 300-400 a week and cut it right down to 50. So could of been a result of too little test for the amt of aromitzation from his earlier test shots. I also was on higher test and im dropped it too so i will take adex a few times a week for the next few weeks till things normalize. After that i am dropping the adex as that is one of my goals of this experiment. Hopefully at 100 mgs a week of test I won't need it

TrenAllDay's picture

As long as your bloods are coming back ok, your lipids are good, blood pressure isn't bad, go for it, I'd like to see the end result.

Disclaimer: I'm not saying this is a good idea haha

Before bloodeork with my doc, I would get my own bloodeork done prior just to see if anything is thrown off, catch it before he does.

333's picture

My first run with tren was at 200mg a week after 10 weeks I was done 6 months is a long time I wouldn't do it if I were you but hey you're your own person do what you want good luck

PukeStack's picture

Ok for starters, Those with questions about long term low dose tren, read this thread...

https://www.ugbodybuilding.com/threads/12410-1-year-experiment-adding-Tr...

This isn't the only person I have read about doing something similar and loved it.

Keeping the tren this low will minimize any sides. I thought adding 300 or 400 mgs a week primo can't hurt. And like I said, it would be over at least 6 months so I'm sure the Primo would have an effect.

My profile pic is me on just 400 mgs of test a week in between blood work. Would like to improve lipids, lower test long term and improve body comp with the primo and tren. I can always jack up the tren or primo later if i want.

PPGfreak's picture

I don't argue about something unless I'm confident in my response. So I'm not starting an argument here, I'm just trying to give you another point of view.

I understand that you found one study that showed you the results that you're looking for with the type of cycle that you want. But I want you to understand that I could find one study out there that says almost anything is safe. So I wouldn't do something that is been known to be dangerous just because one guy said it's OK. The information that we have on drugs like tren have been built up over the last 20+ years from thousands of guys putting knowledge and information together. So just think about that before you make any decisions. I'm sure I can find one or two studies out there that will say that crack, heroin or even crystal meth are OK for weight lose and have therapeutic value is.

Article stated he had to start Caber .5. Should take that into consideration as well. If you start a log make sure to link it, would Def like to see your results. Keep up on the bloods to make sure lvls are in range. Seems like it may be an expensive experiment but may be worth it depending on results.

PukeStack's picture

Thank you. Good points. It hard to tell from reading it if he took caber forever or if he stopped once he bumped test back to 100 and everything seemed to return to normal. At any rate I started 100/100 test/tren along with 300 primo and have caber on hand.

KMC's picture

400 mgs of test a week

OK, you are not on TRT, your on a cycle and NO doctor is going to put you on that amount.

ETA: So what you are trying to get us to ok for you is a 6 month cycle of Test, Tren, Primo and what ever else you can come up with.

I doubt you will listen to any answer,..............unless it tells you what you want to hear.

There are plenty of posts in this forum about blasts and all kinds of things that aren't TRT. Do run into all them with sirens blazing like the trt police?

Did you read the thread i posted? That was a very good discussion with no trt police. That guy wasn't looking for anyone to ok what he did. He just did it and shared his results. I'm going to try something similar. I don't care if you are ok with it or not. I thought what he did, and what i am going to do may be worthy of discussion.

KMC's picture

I'm tired of seeing people justifying a continuous cycle by calling it TRT.

If it is not a doc prescription and under doc care,..........call it what it is,....... A CYCLE.

If your testosterone is run more than 200mg it has to be called a cycle.

Interesting.

Two of you claim that 200mg plus is not considered TRT and one above stated "no doctor" would prescribe 400mg+...guess I am just fortunate then.

Or, unfortunate depending on how we look at it.

Regardless of what is being used or how much we are all different as will be our reaction to anything put into the system that is exogenous.

To make claims about what a doctor will and won't do without being one (or at least knowing 100%) does not really help in the long run.

We are all here to learn and most of us, willing to share our experiences.

Sounds like I will keep my "doctor approved prescription" to myself less I spook the masses.

Stay safe, be healthy and Train for PURPOSE!!!

ChickenBirdOfGains's picture

Six months of Tren would be incredibly hard on your body. I don't think low doses of Primobolan would be very effective, probably just a waste of money. But that's just my .02$

shadowz151's picture

Never heard of micro dosing tren. What are your goals and how much are you doing per week? May want to buy a mail in test before getting bloods from your doc and get taken off TRT. Might end up wasting your $$ and not getting the desired results unless you keep a detailed log or have done similar dosing before.

I think Arnold did only 100mg of parabolan in his cycles...just sayin
