Anyone have a blood donating or letting protocol they follow?

Just wanted to check in and see if anyone is religious in donating or letting to get their rbc/hem to go down. Do you ever feel the Ragu spaghetti sauce boiling and need to drop it down to V8? I was planning on checking work soon and then getting it done if needed twice during, but what do you find is a usual frequency of having to do this, or do you do it purely on test results?

Normally before blood letting I draw a pentagram on the floor with chalk, I arrange my satanic alter with my statue of Satan a goblet for the blood and 6 candles. Then take a knife and slash the forearm while saying hail Satan.
Or just visit the Red Cross vampire bus and eat all there snacks
And while you donate the red Cross staff play light as a feather stiff as a board with your body
The red Cross uses a 16g needle the same thing the Japanese use to harpoon whales so when You fill out the paper work might as well and write your name down as Moby dick

At least every eight weeks on cycle, and ifor my hemoglobin spike before I can officially go again then I hit another blood donation center in a different network. Have to watch the iron levels if you donate more often than every 8 weeks.

I donate every other month. It only takes an hour. You could save someone else's life. It's a good idea for guys on gear. Why stress about RBC issues? Donating is a win, win!
Maybe he's running eq which elevates RBC but I could be wrong
All steroids elevate RBC. I've found while running eq it will sometimes spike randomly so I check my hemoglobin every week on it.
