Inconsistent and illogical enforcement of "rules"
Mods, I don't know how exactly BFG chooses you folks, but I think either the rules need to be expanded, or a general discussion needs to take place about basic logic.
Let us take this source discussion:
https://www.eroids.com/discussions/source/pharmacystore.us
I was penalized for "payment discussion". Now, the particular rule makes it very clear this about METHOD OF PAYMENT. It is a security risk, potentially, to discuss how a source is being paid. It makes sense to prohibit this.
In my case, I was explaining to a fellow forum member that the cost of courier shipping was worth it given the cost of the products ordered. I was not discussing any method of payment. What would be the logical reason to prohibit such discussion? It poses no security risk, to anyone.
The poster quality of this site continues to go downhill from 2011 when it really ramped up, and a lot of it has to do with overly aggressive moderation that is arbitrary and confrontational. The corruption a few years ago also didn't help.
I do humbly suggest that moderators receive better training on what precisely their role is, or that the rules be revised and expanded such that these kinds of misunderstandings are less likely to occur.

I agree with OP. I posted a question about "what method should I use to pay" and I assume that it got removed as I cant find it anywhere. Thankyou to the lovely person that removed it. That really helps me avoid getting conned. I posted no personal details; nor stated what the actual product was (could have been protein or a fancy hat). It was a simple question that is relevant to EVERY user of this forum as everybody pays for their stuff. But it appears the powers that be would rather I just throw money at the internet and hope everything turns out dandy. So much for a support community.
So Im off to another forum. CBA with these pointless power trippers.
CoblerIts like north korea around here. Do this, do that, do it how we say kind of crap.
funny thing is these rules came into play because people abused, well everything!
StevebKim Jong Un?
I somehow missed this thread but hopefully I was the one who flagged you. "There are rules Donny!"
StevebThe Mods now are a lot less assholish than a couple who were around before.
im still here....:)...
New that was coming.
Actually I 100% promise you're off track there. In the past you've have got yourself a name change and a "my little pony" avatar for this post. They're playing nice.
it's the wannabe mods that get on my nerves.
I've always thought the ban on discussing payment was a little odd, seeing how the acceptable payment methods are right at the top of each SI page........
Now that we are becoming limited on payment options it's actually a topic worthy of discussion.
also, I was wondering who the current mods were, looks like all of them have posted in this thread.

Man does it really make that big of a difference In your life that someone flagged a sentence you posted on an internet forum? Doesn't make a difference to me because its the internet. You might take it as people picking on you but honestly BRI its for your safety and other members safety that we do what we do. At the time it might seem we are singling you out but dude we really aren't. Are there times we don't catch everything? Sure , we are only human. Doesn't mean we are turning a blind eye bro. Honestly tho bro just keep it moving and forget this bullshit because it really isn't a big deal just don't let it happen again man just be more careful. And use common sense.
bigmurphI believe if a member has a grievance he should be able to air it out but you have no ground to stand on in your argument.
AnonS M H
So what you are saying is you were discussing shipping methods ... Not payment methods.... Well that would have gotten flagged all the same
its pretty simple, its a one size fits all rule because there is to many idiots on here. Some dumbass will see it and think its ok to post payment discussion info because he doesnt have the ability to understand the difference. Then we got another guy or probably guys making posts like this one complaining about how we allowed you to do it but not them and we are bias!
As ifit stated below any advanced member can flag a post. I suspect whoever did it felt that one could infer shipping method by price or perhaps they felt you named a country of origin when you mentioned Paris and USGOV
BUT GOOD NEWS!!
As Irony would have it, you lead me to a post of yours right above the one in question where you mention all of the big shipping carriers -in violation to the rules. I promptly flagged that.
You claim to have been here since 2011 so I am assuming you have been banned before and are a retread. However, you still have a lot to learn on how this site works.
What makes you assume a Mod flagged that post? Any Advance Member could have done it. It was decided long ago to give Advanced Members this privilege because guess what? The Mods all have real jobs that they actually get paid for, families and a life so we can't see it all. Do the Advance Members make mistakes? Sure. But more often than not they are on target.
Retread... hahaha. I almost choked on my fish oil capsule. Always good information on this site mixed with humor and sarcasm. I love it.
Oh and regarding the training question... BFG spares no expense. We all had to quit our jobs, leave our families for months and attend this place: https://disneyinstitute.com/
Realized I missed another one of your questions.
That's easy. Every January, he sends out the following questionnaire to members interested in becoming a Mod. Top 5 scores make the cut.

TronI turned down a mod position do to the fact BFG and I couldn't see eye to eye on yearly salary and ban bonuses. I was asking 500$ per legit ban and a monthly salary of $3000 with paid vacation. We sort of started to come to turns with an agreement but then I let myself get out of shape and realized I couldn't pass the extensive physical required to get the job....and I really don't think I could of went through with the rectal exam either.
bigmurphI would take the rectal exam toughen up bro its for eroids. LOL
TronThis isn't your ordinary rectal exam bro...
bigmurphMaybe I was wrong its the deep penetrated exam not for me
Merry Christmas brother
