Shin Splints, Will this help...
ad
Hello,
I believe i am in the right section since i am speaking about exercise, if not i apologize.
I am fighting horrible shin splints.
History-
I play alot of basketball and took 3 months off last year, which helped my shin splints. Now i am back where i started i can hardly walk. So i am going to take time off from hard activity on my feet.
My question is...
I am on Hgh Nord pens, is that hurting me in anyway? also I was thinking of starting a cycle with test prop and maybe equipoise as well. definitely prop. that being said will test help or hinder my shin splints? Anyone have personal experience or any advice. Much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

thetdog623837The only thing that will help shin splints is rest(maybe hgh but i dont know) Iv had shin splints for years and they dont go away. Also had two stress fractures on the tibia ( You dont want them) I found running hard for 2-3 days in a row then complete rest helped me but it may not help you. How about road cycling or mountain biking for fitness instead?
Yes sir. Exactly what i am going to do is start biking and swimming! I hear to let the shin splints heal cus the muscle is rubbing the bone. then after they heal, stretch stretch stretch
thetdog623837Yes good idea, low impact. There a nightmare
