1st Cycle inquiry

So I'm doing research for my first cycle and here are my thoughts, all suggestions are appreciated.
I'm 26, 225, 18%BF and have been training for about 5 years.
Test e 500mg
AI if needed (adex/aromasin)
Ptc
Clomid 100/100/50/50
Nova 40/40/20/20
Questions:
Cycle for 10 weeks or 12 weeks?
Differences between aromasin and adex? What are the sides?
Should I begin with AI at low doses after week 4 or wait and see how I feel?
Looking for 10-15 lbs of lean muscle, is it possible?

Run it for 12 weeks, and hold off on the AI until you feel side effects / get bloodwork done indicating your estrogen is high.
Good to see you did your homework. Post up a cycle log when you run it so we can follow.
Your diet will dictate your gains my friend, not the steroids. Your goals are entirely possible, just make sure you eat right and train hard. Feel free to post up you diet if you'd like some comment on that too.
^^Ditto^^
I like to run aromasin due to its SHBG binding properties which helps to free up more testosterone in your system. Stick with pharma AI if you can.
I was thinking of starting with a dose of 6.25 every day starting week 5, what do you think?
I normally run it 12.5mg ED starting around week 5 which seems to be a pretty common/standard dosing protocol. You could try it at 6.25 and see if works for you. If your nips get a little itchy you can always bump the dose up a bit.
Looking ahead to cycle 2 which is a long ways out, I was thinking of adding dbol at 20mg and using the ai starting week one at 6.25. Is Dbol strong enough to require a higher dose right from the beginning?
Get your AI dose dialed in this cycle first and then you will know what you need for future cycles. Dbol may not necessarily require a higher dose but you will likely have to start your AI within the first week after taking it.
I guess a better question is, how long will the gains last? Or best how can I keep gains after cycle?
The best way to try to keep any gains you made are to be sure you are eating enough to maintain the new lean mass you gained. Your total daily energy expenditure (TDEE) will be higher because of the increased lean body mass so you have to adjust your calories accordingly. If you don't and go back to eating the same amount of calories that you did before you will end up right back where you started.
