comp coming up in 1 week ramping up the calories while slowing my training to rest

current weight 347 pounds

current calorie intake 6,000
protein intake 450 grams
carb who knows lol between the potato's and rice and mild and nuts im lost
ramping my calorie intake to 7,500 this last week while the day before switching to simple carbs refined pasta and day of whole grains again.
day of oral used this week and on day of comp
40 mg of halotestin
500mcg or cheek drops
when comp is done will discontinue both orals
just a sneek peak into my eating and strategy

Yeah I know bro, believe me. I'm a kid compared to some of you guys, and I started in my 130s and I know how long and hard that road is. Guys like you give me inspiration, because if you've managed to accomplish these things, the rest of us have no excuse.
