How many IU's to take with hgh that measured 19ng/ml
I just received my blood test for some blacktop hgh. I injected 10IU's in the abdomen, and about 3 to 3.5 hours later I had my blood drawn. Results show 19ng/ml.
This is the first time taking hgh. My reasons are for anti-aging and overall health benefits. Hoping to lose my spare tire and lean up.
After reading as much info as I could find (thanks a bunch to this board), I determined I was going to take 2iu's for the first couple weeks, and eventually work up to 4ius (2iu twice a day). However, I was expecting a result of 24ng/ml from my test. Does this mean I should up my dose 30%?
My exercise routine is of no comparison to most here, it mainly consists of the 'prison gym' I built behind my office. Every hour or two, I will go out back and do a few sets of various exercises that include a pullup bar, dip ropes, and sandbags. My cardio is lacking, but I plan to start doing more again.
Summary: Does having a lower ng/ml in a serum test mean I should up the amount in the injections?
Thanks for the assistance.

With HGH and AAS you get out of it what you put into it, you can just pin and become a spartan. If your not willing to put the time in the gym your wasting your money and with how expensive HGH is i wouldn't recommend it. Not trying to be harsh, but you would probably benefit more from a TRT level cruise of test e or e at 150-300mg a week split twice a week with 500iu of HCG day before you pin test. Good luck brother. i know my post count is low here but I just joined here but my rep on other forums is very high. Hope this helps
I am certainly not offended. I appreciate the input. I'm actually taking a testosterone also. I'm taking nebido. I haven't seen much on here about i, but I have a few blood tests that I will eventually post when I get them scanned in. It's an injection taken every 2 to 2.5 months. Not FDA approved, but approved in Great Britain, and easy to find down where I'm living.
also, I'd add lkarma, if I could, but I don't think I can do that yet.
Mr KfizzleI would stick with your original plan. It sounds like a good starting point. From my experience the 10iu should be injected intramuscular into the delt. I can not say for sure what difference this makes it's just what I see as being standard protocol. Run it for a few weeks and go get an igf test done and see how you like those numbers.
Also make sure you get that diet in check to help out with that spare tire you speak of.
Thanks a lot, I also had an igf-1 test done (will receive the results tomorrow) on the same day. As I was told, that should give me a good base line for comparison later.
Mr KfizzleYou're doing it right brother! +2 for doing research!!!
