+ 11 My TB 500 Experience so far
I started using TB 500 because I am constantly having issues with injury. Strained pecs, rather severely pulled groin, and I also have a seperated Ulnar Cord and Ulnar nerve in my left elbow. So basically I have a broken funny bone. I had an MRI and that was the results. I am currently on week 3 of the loading period. I am injecting 5 mgs a week for six weeks then plan to drop to 5 mgs a month at 2.5 mgs every other week.
Results so far are hard to tell. I have not trained chest for three weeks because I pulled/strained a pec 3 times in 7 weeks so I am trying to give them a rest while the TB does it's work. I also have not done any squats or leg press for 3 weeks due to the pulled groin because it still hurts a little and I can feel it sometimes just walking up steps. I hate not benching and squating it kills me inside. Those are my two favorite lifts and I feel incomplete not doing them. It is so hard to take time off to heal but is important that I do. I wanna be in this game for the long run. I will continue to update with results. I want feedback. I want to hear other peoples results and experiences. I tried asking with a generic help me post and got nothing. Hopefully this will draw more attention. I know I am new here and I have a negative Karma but I am trying to learn and grow and be the best I can be in this game. I read reviews and posts and forum pages for about a month before I even signed up to to be able to post. I have respect for this game and all you soldiers that do battle every day in the gym.

Wow that's a great question. I do know that before it is reconstituted it is to be stored at room temp. Once is reconstituted I think it is only like a week. I do no t know the 100% true answer to be honest.
Chest today. Up to 90lb dumbbells for sets of 12 with no issues. Cable flyes 80lbs no issues deep stretch. No pain no set backs.
Punished arms today. I am 100% positive I am 100% good to go. I feel my injuries are gone completely.
I am gonna take cut my dose down to 2.5mg a week and continue for 4 more weeks then reassess my situation. If I am all good I will discontinue use.

Woke up today feeling like million bucks. Thought I would crippled from yesterday Deads but far from it. I went in and did legs before work and felt amazing. I went heavier and stretched further and paused longer on the adduct/abduct machine. Then moved on to the hammer strength v-squat and killed 5 sets of 12 ten threw in front squats felt great. Finished off with supersets and and crushed calfs.
Decided to push and test a little more today and did dead lifts. No groin issues. No bad stiffness or soreness in my lower back either.
I crushed upper back and lats first for about and hour and 20 minutes. Then said WTF I'm dead lifting. Did 135-185-255-225-275-315 all sets of 12. No issues. Loving this shit.

Today pre gym update. I did my week 8 injection. I have been feeling great. My elbow my groin my pecs they all feel great. I am excited to get in the gym tonight and pound chest. I'm gonna push it a bit harder today.

My groin feels great. I really wanna squat tonight, but I don't wanna push to quickly. Anyone have an opinion?
I miss that bat laying across my traps. I miss being in the hole. I miss the rush of driving the weight up like a freak.
Id wait a little bit. Maybe try some hack squats? or a plate loaded squat machine like my gym has. Dont wanna push it to soon and re injure it. Its better to wait a little while longer then fuck it up again and have to wait even longer.
Went with hammer strength V-Squat machine. 275x12 6 sets. Did abduct/adduct again at an increased weight all felt good. I can't believe it but I am pretty sure the groin is now 100%.
I have also noticed significant progress on my elbow and I amazed. I really don't know what else to say at this point. I do know that I am gonna give it about two more weeks the. I am gonna start increasing my weights each week to get back where I was before these injuries. That will be the true test.
Another great workout in the books. I am continuing to improve I feel injury free for the first time in.......well pretty much ever.
I hit chest again today was able to do a full workout. I got the best pump I've had chest in months. I stayed light again because do not want to get ahead of myself and get hurt again before I am totally healed.
I did go up in weight from where I was last week and I threw in a few drop sets just to push my limits a little harder. I was definitely pushing harder than I have for a long time without any pain. My elbows felt great. My pecs felt strong.
This is my week 7 injection still at 5mgs. I can only expect more good in the next 3 weeks of loading.

Yeah I saw your pic. You are fuggin swolled. It mostly heals soft tissue damage. But I will strengthen the tendons and ligaments in the area of damage for sure.
The (2) breaks are right on the joint iteslf....right where your wrist turns/twist....like bigjohn said...it sure wouldn't hurt.

I'm pretty positive I will be jumping on some tb500 real shortly. I kind of want to use it in conjunction with hgh.
Gonna give it a shot after this cycle. I would love to just have a little less pain in my shoulder. I don't need it to be perfect, although that would be nice. But just a little better would be awesome.
What's make you want to wait till after your cycle? I would start now it takes 6 weeks loading to get the effect.
hmm, i guess i just hate putting so many drugs in my body at one time. I really don't like it, test, var, eca, aromasin, hcg, theyre all drugs going into my body and I don't like it. I mean i feel good, but Im never comfotiable with it and i don't wanna add anything else into the mix. So id rather get off cycle, have everything cleared out of my system and then start it.
I have never used anything like that but I can only imagine that it will amplify healing and strengthening of tissue and fibers.

I am not sure about duration of relief but from what I have read it mends soft tissue damage. It is not a pan killer or an anagalesic.
Where is the tb500 from? I didn't realize you had to load for 6 weeks. I thought you load for a couple weeks. It is real hard to find good info on this stuff

6 weeks is the standard loading time. But how many mgs you load is up in the air I chose 5 because I wanted to get healed and I was willing to be aggressive. I have seen where other people loaded at like 2.5 even 2mgs. I was skeptical at first but is really working a miracle on me in the last ten days or so. I am going to load for ten weeks. Then cruise at 2.5 every two weeks.
Trained biceps again yesterday felt great. My lifts are getting stronger I am able to get a better and harder squeeze at the top. My range of motion is also becoming easier to go extend further without as much pain. I did single arm DB curls with full range of motion with little pain. I think a few more weeks I should be damn near 100%. I have improved greatly in the last 10 days.
BIG UPDATE
I went in to do cardio leg extentions ham curls and calfs. I did cardio to warm up then decided to hit the abduct/adduct machine to try again for the third time I think in last ten days and bam 70lbs 15 reps no pain. 80lbs 15 reps no pain. 100lbs 15 reps no pain. Stretched real good then 100lbs 15 more reps no pain. Switched to pushing out instead of pulling in with the same results. I felt great I felt excited. I grabbed my balls and walked over to hammer strength v squat machine and started to put a plate on the decided against it and just climbed on the machine with no plates. 15 reps no pain. Added a plate on each side and did 4 sets of 15 with no pain. Went to the leg press put 2 plates on each side and did 3 sets of 12 with 225. Yeah it seems like nothing and I agree 225 is nothing on leg press. But for me after being injured with groin issue for a long time now. I felt great. I went on to punish hams and extensions. Did high rep calf raises then more cardio. I left feeling like a beast.

I usually don't update on shoulder but I think this worth writing about. I go hard and heavy on shoulder but I always have an extreme pump feeling in my left front delt and the top of my bicep it is really painful. It feels so full and tired I can hardly raise my arm up between sets and I have to take a long time between sets. I still get it done believe me. Well tonight I glanced up at the clock and was what the fuck I was half way through my workout and I had only been in there a very short time. Then I realized I had been pounding out my sets rather quickly because the pain and intense pump feeling wasn't there. I had a little party in my head. I threw I. A few extra sets since I had the time. I am very happy with this. If it is still gone next week I will be a very happy man. I am not sure what this is called but I will glad if it is gone. TB 500 is the real deal.
I literally get that same exact pain in my shoulder. How long have you been in this stuff for?

Well Defintely keep me updated. It seems like it's working really well. I think I'm gonna give it a shot after this cycles done. I would love to atleast heal my shoulders and back a little bit, and my knees lol. My body's all fucked up.
