Looking into carb cycling and I am wondering if this regimen would work or if anyone has tried it and has input.
7 day rotation 100/100/50/100/100/50/200.
To much? To little?
I have tried 0 carb and it makes me miserable. I am currently taking in 80-100 per day with a 7hr carb window.
Thoughts???

After getting to know you by pm etc, I'd advise you to run with Makwas plan. As someone who, like me, enjoys their food, probably a better way for you to go about it.
I can't function very well on low carbs so that diet plan I put up prevents that for as long as possible while still losing fat, but eventually carbs will end up low enough that I become grumpy and fatique sets in quickly. Nature of the beast I guess, but the longer I go with higher carbs the better.
Carb cycling is one way to go about it. I haven't done it very much. Here is another way of cutting that I have had good results with that you may be interested in.

So since I dropped my calories and carbs down all at once and extremely low should I eat normal for a weak before I start this plan?
If you are not pressed for time, as like in getting ready for a show by a specific date, I would just start the program from the beginning so you can get a baseline for everything.
Thank you
