Is it true that if you're not sore a day after a workout you're not growing? Any thoughts?
No that couldn't be further from the truth. The majority of delayed onset muscle soreness is caused by lactic acid, which has nothing to do with growth. I go through periods where I never get sore but I'm always still growing.

wasn't trying to police you. For me I don't relate soreness to growing, it relates to intensity of training, or if I shock my body with a new exercise or incorporate, drop sets, super sets etc.... the body is highly adaptive.
