Bloodwork Test Serum to mg per week ratio
ad
I've been browsing the lab pics. I see some people running 500mg a week of test, getting under 3000 serum level, and thinking gear is fire.
Dr Scally recently said that we should be looking for around a 10/1 ratio of the mg we run per week.
Is the gear that got you up to only 3000 ng/dl really fihya if you are running 500mg a week?

good point, i was running some test cyp at 210mg per week and my bloods showed 2200 ng/dl
but what about the guys who run a gram a week, should they be 10,000 ng/dl?
at some point you have to account for conversion to estrogen .. all the test is not going to be utilized and show up as test in the system .. this is why it is recommended to use H at higher levels along with slin to be able to allow the system to use the extra exogenous test that would otherwise be cast out of the system as excessive..
according to the doc, yes.
While we will see diminishing returns on the effectiveness of the juice, we should see a linear relationship with high serum levels
So here's the quote from the Doc. Michael Scally MD

A good estimate I have found to work very well clinically is to multiply the dose (TC/TE) by 10. Of course there will be some variation around the level, but this has worked out very well for pct. For example, TC/TE 600 mg per week provides a serum testosterone of ~6,000 ng/dL. In the real world, the levels might be a a high as 8,000 ng/dL!!!

RustyhookerNot buying it. Regardless of his title. Ive peeped bloods by competitors on here running a comp stack. Barely made 6000 and still took nationals
RustyhookerI don't see that as plausible. You've not seen it on here because its not going to happen. Old endo reports are still online in hospital research pages and free for anyone to read. They tested blood levels thru the week as it pertained to injection site. The difference from ventros to delts was dramatic. Ventros held the most level and steady results while delts spiked and fell in less time than even the half life.
Labs and real world never translate. If they did then the cookue cutter 1 cycle for all would be king. Look at estradiol at the same time as you peep blood charts. Its ligical that since there's folks with mega conversion to estro that they'll also have much less showing on the blood tests.
Take two guys. One guy never needing ai on 500/week. And tge other runs letro to even maintain a cycle. Whats happening? CONVERSION. The guy not needing that ai i will guarantee holds near double blood testosterone levels.
Paper isn't people. That's always a mandatory ideal needed for folks in forums or just research. What my body does, yours will not. Cant overlook att factors.
Another thing foljs blindly overlook is total testosterone or free testosterone. Bound test is useless. SBH raises mid cycle to offset the rapid raise in outside testosterone to keep in balance. Free test is USED in the body. So, would you rather run a cycle at 300/week that can be unbound to double that of a 600/wk cycle? And lil negative effects.
More layers to this onion than i can type without a huge report.
Thumbs up on this one brother.
I think this would be a good discussion for trt guys. More specificly the ones that are taking pharma grade Watson cyp. For the 10:1 ratio to hold true that would mean 50-80mg per week would be the standard dose.
I've seen guys on the same dose of the same gear and one bloods showed 4000+ and the other was just a little over 3000. So I think we all respond differently. Some convert more to estrogen then others, some convert more to dht etc. So our numbers won't all be the same even if were all on 500mgs.
EXCELLENT point!
Bro, this would be really good to know if there is even a kinda range answer. I find 10:1 hard to believe, but it could be true, I don't know. What I do know, is that I have never in my life with any gear got a 10:1 result. Still doesn't mean it's not true though . . .
Im no expert but i have trouble believing it has to be rhat number. Each ester contains a different amount of Test per 100mg. And not everyones body is gonna convert test to estro at the exact same rate. Some more aome less. I would love to see his research and i bet it would more likely be a range maybe 7-10:1. Not exactly 10:1 everyones body is different every ester is different. Im not saying i definitly know it all just saying that he cant just throw a number out there and say it fact without research.
I should clarify, he said it is a rough estimate. It would suggest that most of us are running slightly underdosed gear, at least when compared to pharma.
I have not seen any bloods here on eroids that were >= to 10:1 ratio
A 9:1 ratio seems to get people pretty excited around here.
