The Turning Point
Back in December, my fiancée and I suffered a devastating miscarriage not long after an NIPT determined we were T21 positive. That loss hit hard and served as a complete wake-up call. I realized I was not going anywhere in life and needed to turn everything around. I dropped the drinking, vaping, and THC, completely cut out nicotine, and completely restructured my daily habits. I started the year heavy at 234.9 lbs on February 21st, and while I jumped into my first blast at 206.5 lbs on 04/20, higher than the typical leaner starting point for most cycles, I was cutting hard on a massive 1,000-calorie deficit and desperately needed to prevent catabolism. Looking back, my initial diet phase when I started out was pretty unhealthy, running on just 1,000 to 1,500 calories a day while maintaining at least 140g of protein. It wasn't healthy, and that is definitely no longer the case. Completely overhauling my lifestyle has completely changed my trajectory. On top of that, we have a daughter due at the end of the year, giving me even more reason to keep stacking these wins and locking my life down for the future.
Diet-wise, we eat extremely clean now. I have always preferred cooking at home over eating out, but now it is even more so. I basically cook every single meal we eat. I intermittent fast daily, usually keeping my eating window opening between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM and closing around 10:00 PM to midnight. While I used to meticulously gram-for-gram everything in Chronometer and analyze micronutrient holes (which drove how I built out my precise supplement stack), I stopped weighing and tracking my food that way back in May, relying instead on a strict framework: high protein, moderate carbs specifically to fuel running, and keeping fats as low as possible. We eat massive amounts of fruit now, keeping a constant rotation of grapes, blueberries, strawberries, and honey mangoes, alongside waterloupes as an absolute baller new favorite. Non-fat high-protein yogurt is a staple, paired with ultra-filtered 2% or non-fat milk depending on whatever is on sale. I use high-protein pastas, keto breads, and items that net as close to zero carbs as possible by leveraging fiber. Even our sodas and drinks are chosen with fiber in mind, like Evolution Fresh and Slice. I look for high-protein foods so long as they follow my personal rule where total calories do not exceed the protein grams multiplied by ten with a zero at the end, or as close to it as possible. I stick to non-fat or reduced-fat milks, yogurts, and cheeses, keeping my daily fat intake capped around 60 grams.
Previous Blast Summary (Test P)
Duration & Schedule: Ran from April 20 to late June (~10 weeks total), pinning Test P 100 strictly every other day (EOD) across ventroglutes, delts, glutes, and thighs.
Dosing Progression: Started conservatively at 0.8ml (80mg) per pin, gradually scaling up volumes to 1.0ml to 1.25ml as the run progressed (averaging roughly 350 to 400mg weekly towards the peak). Ran the whole thing completely clean with zero AI and zero sides.
Transition to Cruise: Started a Nolva protocol on 06/29, but realized quickly that Nolva and PCT flat-out sucked. Decided to ditch the PCT entirely and pivot straight into a proper cruise instead.
Background & Context
I started my cut in late February focusing strictly on strength. When it comes to running, I had never run before in my life (not since K-12 required it) and had never done cardio as an adult until late March of this year at 27 years old, when I started C25K via the Just Run app and eventually ran the Crown City Classic 5k in Coronado. Now, I average about 15km+ a week. I am currently in the tail end of my cut, the stretch where I need to lock in the hardest to strip away the stubborn midsection fat, finish out to 12%, and unveil the abs for fall. That final push is exactly why I added a month of specific peptides to the protocol. Looking ahead, I am aiming for either the Crown City 12k next year or a sub-30 / sub-25 5k in Coronado. Long-term, the goal is a marathon, with the ultimate long-term bucket list target being the World Marathon Challenge (7 races, 7 days, 7 continents), because who the hell doesn't want to say they've run a marathon in Antarctica.

The Current Protocols & Compounds
1. Testosterone Cypionate (Cruise Foundation)
* Target: 200 mg/week cruising dose (~57.1mg EOD = 0.23ml / 23 units on a 1.0ml insulin syringe, concentration 250mg/ml).
* Role: Acts as a rock-solid anti-catabolic shield while running a moderate deficit.

August Growth & Recomposition Blast (July 25 – August 23)
- NPP (Nandrolone Phenylpropionate): ~245mg–250mg/week target (~70mg EOD = 0.7ml / 70 units on your insulin syringe). Concentration: 100mg/ml, 10ml vial total (1,000mg total yield across 15 pins, spanning July 25 to August 22).
- Turinabol (Tbol): 50mg daily oral dose, taken once daily 1 to 2 hours pre-workout for acute performance, strength, and drive. Concentration/Format: 50mg tablets, 30-count bottle total (30 daily doses spanning July 25 to August 23).
-
Active Peptide Stack (running through early August)
MOTS-c: For mitochondrial activation and fatty acid oxidation.
5-Amino-1MQ: NNMT inhibition to accelerate fat loss while sparing lean tissue.
Semax & Selank (SemSel): Keeping CNS focus and stress management sharp through the caloric deficit.
GHK-Cu: For recovery, tissue repair, and skin tightening.
Tirzepatide: Weekly administration, currently on dose 22 at 3.5mg weekly (having started at 2.0mg) to effortlessly crush appetite and lock down the deficit.

Training & Strategy
Sticking strictly to my 6-day PRPRLR (Push, Run, Push, Run, Leg, Run) split, structured treadmill sessions, and continuing to build over 15km+ a week. With the cruise dialed in and the peptides finishing up, training volume is steady and the work is getting done.
