Pubertal gyno - nolvadex and letro didn't help

I've had pubertal gyno for more than 5 years and during that time, I've already tried with Letrozole (12 weeks) and recently with Nolvadex (8 weeks), but they didn't help at all. I've seen case studies and also some user reports that Raloxifene might help even when Nolvadex doesn't. Do you think that's true, is it worth trying it?
Actually I've been desperately looking for it for over half a year but it just seem to be impossible to get it. Every ED I've contacted so far wouldn't ship to Europe because of strict customs, while European sources don't sell it. Any way, it would be nice to know if it's worth seeking for it any further from this point.

So I've been on Raloxifene for 4 weeks and so far no luck in lump reduction. However, I got tested Estradiol few days ago, here are the results: 29.65 ng/L (reference: 7.61 - 43.11). What do you think, should I get some aromasin? Would it help in combination with Raloxifene?
can you put up a pic of it? is it lumps? or excess skin/fat?
It'a been confirmed with ultrasound that 3x1 cm gyno persists. But there is some excess skin/fat there as well for sure (soft tissue), although I have 10-12 % BF. The lowest I've been was 8 %, but that still didn't remove fat on chest.

You MAY be at the point where surgery is needed. But that's not to say that raloxifene won't do a damn good job of relieving it. I've seen several accounts of guys getting really bad gyno that had been there for years taken down by 80% or more. Thing is though you have to run it for quite a while. 6+ months. But from my own personal experience with some really stubborn gyno, it really does do a good job.
What protocol would you recommend, 60 mg ED? How about if I would stack it with nolvadex, would that combination be even stronger than raloxifene itself?
I suppose I don't have to run arimidex or aromasin alongside raloxifene?

Finish pct. Get bloods after 4 weeks. Make sure your levels are good. Especially estro. If you're within range you won't need an A.I. and can begin ralox. 60mg a day before bed. AND STAY OFF CYCLE. If you wanna keep your fat nips, go ahead and cycle. Otherwise leave the gear alone. Run ralox for 3 months and you'll see some fairly good results, hopefully. You have a fair chance at getting good results. Keep running it for another 3 months. One case I read about was a guy who had INSANE gyno. He got it bad on cycle and never did anything for it. Had it for 3 years before trying to fix it. Yeah, retarded. He ran it for 14 months and it nearly disappeared. Go with pharma, not research chems. If you want this fixed without 15,000 bucks for surgery then stay off gear, keep up on your bloodwork, and run pharma "evista" at 60mg nightly.
Thanks. I should have mentioned before that I was never on any cycle and I don't even plan to be on. So no exogenous hormones whatsoever. Gyno occurred naturally and I just tried to get rid of it with letrozole and nolvadex.
Currently I'm on nolvadex 20 mg ED and clomid 25 mg EOD. May I test estradiol anyway, will results be realistic?
I'll get pharma raloxifene. However, some guys on reddit said that they had even better results when they combined raloxifene with nolvadex. You have any info on that?
I have another question. Should I use arimidex (with raloxifene) even if my estrogen levels are normal? Should I even get estrogen tested since I'm on nolvadex + clomid right now? Won't results be unrealistic?
No one? I've heard so mixed opinion about that one. Some recommend SERM + AI, while others say that AI is useless for old gyno treatment.
Great, now I really have to try it out. I've never used steroids though, letrozole and nolvadex are the only drugs I've tried so far. So I should stop taking nolvadex and start with raloxifene right after that?
I should also mention that I've already been to endocrinologist who confirmed gyno with ultrasound, but he said that SERMS might cause prostate cancer in long term so I got completely nothing, not a tiny bit of therapy. I had to get letro and nolva completely on my own :(.

Since my testosterone levels were low (10.5 nmol/L), only testosterene recheck in one year. Personally I believe that's very low for my age, but his argument was that testosterone therapy might even worsen the condition of gyno.
So that's about it, you might understand that the amount of disappointment with endo was really high.
I agree with shox, get a 2nd and even a 3rd opinion. Compile your findings and use them in conjunction to reach a solution.

No advises whatsoever. The only advise was a warning to not self medicate on my own. I know that surgery is the best option, but unfortunately way above my student pocket.
Raloxifene is incredible. Get off cycle and run it for a long haul. At least 3 months, and get bloods to make sure your estro and everything is in check. 60mg a day eats your tits like acid. Its beautiful, speaking from experience with myself and having helped others with success. You can get it from a top source here who's name begins with something you do when you're sleepy. Thanks! Unfortunately they don't deliver to my country. Too bad since their price for Evista is really low. The only way would be if I'd find someone within EU from a country with not so strict customs who would later resend package to me. They've said that they have good success rate in Germany and UK.
Since I don't know anyone suitable, what are the chances for finding someone here who would do that for me?
That's a shot in the dark and asking for trouble. Don't go there. There might be another source for it. Check the EU source list and dig around. Ive seen it elsewhere you just have to dig for it. I'll keep an eye out.
