Clenbuterol - long term side effects
ad
I've read quite a lot articles about clenbuterol and since I've never used it before, I'm most concerned about it's side effects. There are plenty of short-term side effects, but I couldn't find any information on long term, permanent side effects. To be more precise, how much damage would I make to heart if I would run it for 2x2 weeks? I know that I should take 5000 mg of Taurine and 1000 mg of Potassium with it, but still: should I be worried?

Shit is no good man---Learn how to eat for your goals.
Bro, if you got down to 9% and you still have lipomastia, clen is not gonna do the trick. This is most definitely something that can only be dealt with through plastic surgery. You will have to wait until you can afford to have it resolved.
Dropping fat by manipulating nutrition is far more gratifying than dropping a fkn depth charge on your heart valve functions.......... just my opinion.
I know that exercise and nutrition are vital but I really wan't to cut fat of the chest since I have pubertal gyno and lipomastia. At least I could get rid of fat which would improve visual appearance (SERMS did nothing). The lowest I've been was 9 % BF and that didn't help at all, so I just though to go even lower with clen. Or do you perhaps know of any better alternatives?
If at 9% you still held fat on your chest, clen probably isn't going to solve the problem. It's unrealistic to think you'll be able to stay much lower then that in the long term. If you walk around at 6% bf for an extended period, you're going to become unwell.
Have you spoken to a doc / surgeon?
I know that I'll regain body fat for sure, but maybe not in nipples area? It's interesting because there is more fat (and bigger gyno) in right nipple than left, so that might be a solution.
Doc (endocrinologist) doesn't want to do anything, and surgery is unfortunately way too expensive for student's budget.
It sounds like gyno which means that you've developed breast tissue which will retain that badyfat. You may be able to reduce it with a very low body fat but unless you go see a surgeon it will always be the last to go and the first to come back. So if it's still prevalent at 9% bf than a surgeon is your best alternative. You may be able to do lipo but get a surgeons advice first.....
X2.
You've never used Clen before and now you want to. Why?
my guess? he's done all he can to lose weight except diet and exercise so its time to add some more drugs. Isn't that what your supposd to do? . No stats in this guys profile either.
Exactly, it's really hard for me to hit below 10 % bodyfat (I don't use AAS, only diet, gym, LISS cardio and HIIT), so I just thought that clen could help me with that. The main reason to cut below 10 % is lipomastia which I couldn't manage to clean up yet although I've tried with yohimbine HCL.
What are your stats? fill them in your profile, nobody should have given you any help until that was taken care of.
I just did. Would you like to know anything else?
Not many ways to tell what are the long term side effects of Clen or AAS to be precise. I'll be more worry about not eating at McDonalds so much lol.... One month worth of meals @ Mickey d's gotta be worst that years of AAS usage in my opinion!!!
Just leave it alone and bam!.....nothin to worry about
Do you know of any safer and just as effective alternatives?
I see up top that your holding onto fat in your chest, maybe train your chest more. Build some muscle to burn that fat off.
I hit chest 5x per week with heavy weights (1rm is 270 lb) and I've been working out for 6 years.
5x a week? You have it coverd then.....peace

There are tons of studies showing that high dosages aka dosages for fat burning that there is high probability for muscle damage most significantly heart muscle and valve damage.
Now if you are looking for a study that proves high dosages cause chronic problems that are not any, because there is no way some type of clinical trials would be conducted because it is too dangerous.
And of course there's that pesky 'short term' side effect of a heart attack which can lead to death. Other then that no worries? :/
Well if so many people are taking it, I really don't believe that hitting 2x2 weeks cycle once could cause heart attack if taken with normal dosage, with potassium and taurine. I don't have any heart conditions, too.
But yeah, I'm aware that it may damage heart and arteries, but do you believe that this is permanent? Would it recover to previous state in few weeks or months or will that changes be chronic till the end of life?
I really don't know of any good alternatives that would make me possible hitting below 10 % and thus getting rid of lipomastia. ECA perhaps?
Don't do Clen period. It's a very dangerous drug and not worth the risks involved. Really it only takes once and your heart could stop. Don't be a statistic and do things the right way. Looking around I don't see anyone saying it's a good idea. If the advice is unanimous then why wouldn't you take it. If everyone says stay in school you don't go and drop out do you?
Which fatburner would you therefore recommend? ECA? Something with DMAA? Yohimbine HCL?
