Bulking diet (need advice)

ad

I just bought a Accu Measure caliper and figured out my bf is actually 13% which is great considering i thought i was around 16%-17%. Now my lean body mass is around 140 and i am looking to bulk so i am planning on 3000 cal daily with around 1.5g of protein per pound of LBM per day. I really need to figure out how many grams of fat i should be in taking per pound of LBM. I have been doing research and it seems .5 grams for every pound of LBM is sufficient. I want to gain the most amount of muscle possible without putting on tons of fat would the macros listed below be right for me? any advice would be greatly appreciated.

345g carbs
220g protien
70g fat
2900 calories

Stats:
Age - 27
Height - 5'7"
weight - 170
Body fat - 13%

Upcoming cycle:
weeks 1-12 Deca 150mg e3d
weeks 1-14 Test E 300mg e3d
weeks 1-14 Adex .25 e3d
weeks 5-14 HCG 250iu x2 weekly

Don't forget about the carbs man. A lot of guys focus so much on protein protein protein but carbs are very important. I run a 50%carb, 35%pro, 15%fat macro ratio. Honestly I'll tell you what I tell everyone that comes to me looking to put on weight. Don't be afraid to put on some fat bro! I know it sucks and all, I bulk all summer man I know lol but get a little fat, build some solid muscle and cut the fat off later. Don't be the dude trying to gain weight and not put on any fat, you'll spend 5 years looking the exact same.

You can up the protein. I'd say more like 260g. If you're eating 6 meals a day that's about 45g pro per meal. Carbs and fats are a bit more tricky. That varies sometimes in huge amounts from person to person. Personally I can take in 400 carbs while dieting and lean out quick. And I'm also a high fat guy. My body eats fats and carbs like crazy. So I'd say in your case.

P-260
C-400
F-90

For a calorie total of 3,450

Keep your diet 90% clean and keep a little bit of cardio in, keep estrogen well under control, and drink tons of water. And you'll have a real successful bulk. If you find yourself getting tubby, adjust your carbs a bit. Again the carbs and fats are hard to put a number on when I don't know your body.
