I've recently decided to try a new friend and order for some DVDs and they weren't delievered . The company claimed they would reship but haven't. Its been about 2 months no dvds and no contact. This company is suppose to be top notch but to me they are slacking what do you guys thank I should do. I've been ordering dvds for over ten years and I Have never been treated like this company has treated me.

They have this mail order thing where you buy the first 7 dvds for $.49 each and then the next 7 are $19.99 each they always deliver on time...it think its called columbia? I dont remember...

Yep yep. I agree with Flash. Been ordering for TEN years and just now having a problem!? You got some good luck! Cut your loses and go somewhere else. Also I've seen people moan and groan about their shipment not being rec' then the next day it arrives. Every order is different.
