Unless its being done as a joke or purposely wanting to mess with the women, Just seems like a huge act of immaturity , i think guys that do this are the type that really do not know how to interact with women and have no clue how to really pick a women up, as i assume thats the intended goal of sending the pic in the first place. Its all good if the picture is asked for by the girl, but other then that, just seems like a over horney immature thing.

Personally I would say the problem is you are giving the wrong signals and are attracted to those kind of men . You also describe quite a few men here in your post, and those are just the bad ones. I would venture to say you like to date a lot. the more men you date the higher the chances are of finding weird stuff.
nah it's not just me it happens to all my friends too...I do date a lot because I'm single...being single and dating is not an excuse for men offering dic pics...smh its seems to be the new fad and trust me you're friends wouldn't be telling you they do it - you'd be surprised to find what men do that they don't tell their male friends.

Its all about technology! Technology allows a much faster approach towards such things I.e webcams, smartphones, tablets yadda yadda yadda.
