General Mills announced that it will be reformulating Cheerios using all non GMO ingredients and labeling the the box as such. This is a huge step toward getting GMO's out of our food supply and at the very least labeled.

As with everything, it all about profits, so if the sale of Cheerios increases after the labeling, it will motivate General Mills and competing corporations to reformulate their products using non GMO ingredients.

Any action in defeating companies like Monsanto, Syngenta, Dow or Bayer and their twisted bio tech is a step toward better health. Monsanto is currently looking to patent their latest development "Terminator Seeds". For the past +12,000 years farmers have been saving their seeds from one years harvest to the next. Sadly since many farmers, mostly U.S., are being forced to buy monsanto seeds, these new terminator seeds will render all their seeds sterile forcing famers every year to purchase new seeds from Monsanto. Needless to mention how unethical this is, but the most egregious crime is that GMO's and GE foods are hazardous to humans, animals and plant life. Monsanto and companies alike, are intending to Genetically Modify all food groups, the latest being salmon. Eventually if not stopped, they will own and control the food supply.

So Please buy a box of GMO free Cheerios, even if you have to give them to the homeless shelter.
