7 oz. tuna and 1 cup of rice (jazmine)
12:30pm:
7 oz. tuna or cicken, 1 large yams potato and another hydrolized protein
3:00pm:
7 oz. tuna and 1 cup of rice (brown)
5:30pm:
8 oz. filet mignon or 12 oz cicken brest and 1 cup of rice jazmine and or green beans
8:00pm:

10:00pm:
8 oz. talapia, salmon, code, snapper, fresh ai tuna, or what ever fish u want and a final hydrolized protein shake
for supplements i find hydrolized and micronized protein are the best, glutamine just think that 65% of ure muscle is made of it, i take a slow relacing is good to put volume on muscle, arginine i use a lot helps me get vascular (been using it for years), a good multivitamin while on gear and diet for me is mandatory, last but not least vitamin c, crucial for muscle building, fish oil, liv 52, milk thirstle, these are the only dietary supplements i belive in all the rest is bullshit in my opinion... tommorow will post what my juice schedule looks like.....

Thanks for sharing!
I like it. Whats the macro breakdown?
And this is why I chose to be a powerlifter, way too much micro management. I like seeing these schedules laid out so it can remind me.
i like eating man, been like for the last 8 years
me too, I fall asleep with food in my mouth lol. I don't follow a strict schedule though, and it works for me. When I followed one I started to lose weight instead of gain.
I wake up eating sometimes. I can't have anything remotely resembling a cheat snack in my house cuz I would be eating a while bag of cookies or whatever while I sleep eat.
