one of my best buddies is paralyzed.
Gonna keep it short, cause I'm still kinda shoked, one of my best buddies, the guy that always spots me, he did my music's for shows, helped with posing seeng him everyday for the last 6 years, and in fucking shape 5,9, about 225, always worked out strong as on oax, well 2 years ago stated wearing those new altitude oxygen mask, to deplete more oxygen for resistance well he wore it every day for 2 fucking years, I wasn't ther but they told he got of the the stair master stubbed to the stretching room and callaplste, call 911, they come quick, he had a stoke that traveled from he's heart ro His brain now his paralized on the left pat of is body went to see him in hospital, and my good!!! He had pipes and machines.coming out of every were, he recognized he said THE CHAMP in a faint voice, said a couple of things to him and cred like a baby, moral of story please don't were does fucking altitude masks there bullshit, my boy is lucky to. Be alive, doctors said if 911 wasn't so fast he probably should have died shortly, buy hug and recover quick BIG ALEX!!!!!

those altitude masks are pretty much a waste of money but relatively safe.
now if you decided to wear it everyday for 2 years... that's a whole another ball game... and even double trouble if you are on AAS.
