Aromasin for pain in nips

So, I started my 1st cycle of test cyp 300mg the first week and 400mg for the rest of the cycle of 12 weeks.
I am on my 2nd week and I already have pain in my nipple area. I thought it was muscle soreness after a chest workout, but I notice it feels different around the nipples. It's more of a sharper pain rather than the duller ache from muscle soreness.
Anyway, I figure I would start my A.I. now at a low dose - 6.25mg of aromasin everyday and go up in dose if I need to. I also have arimidex and letro.
My questions are: Can aromasin be ceased after side effects go away or should it be continued throughout the cycle? Should I use it ed or eod?
I will be getting bloods 3-4 weeks in. Should I wait it out a little and get my bloods done before my a.i,? If so, how long considering I am having this side effect of possible gyno.

you sound paranoid, stop playing with them, 2nd week in on test cyp, you shouldn't be experiencing any estro sides yet unless you have previous issues?? describe the pain, is there any lump? is it puffy?
1st cycle. No lump, itching, or swelling. I just feel a sharp pain under and around the nipple area.

if it were me id run low dose nolva for a week or 2 then bring in ai, your in week 2 of a low dose test cyp only cycle, the ai will kill your estro to the floor.
Okay thanks for the feedback. What do you propose the dosing for nolva should be? Also, which type of a.i. do you think I should use at what dose?
just run the nolva @ 10-20 mgs a day until you get your blood tests at week 4, then you will know what the go is, the nolva isn't going to kill your estro, but it will stop gyno, when you get you bloods, that's about the time your ai will be added anyway, its your choice on the adex or aromasin, its a person by person basis, some ppl don't need it some do, some need a lot others need little, that's why your smart for getting bloods +1
