How many mgs of test c should I inject weekly to raise my total serum test levels from 213 to 800 ng/dl?1000 ng/ml? How long would it take? How much aromasin should I take?

Agree with vh everyone's sweet spot is different my doc wrote me for 200 per week which gets me around 1100. 150 a week gets me around 800 which is where I seem to feel the best. You need blood work before your weekly shot that will give you your best baseline to work with e levels for everyone are different if I am above 55 my sex functions drop still have desire but junior doesn't work as well. Plus I hold water. Other folks does not seem to have problems. Everyone is different so start low and go from there
150 a week shot twice per week - nice even levels this way. I've never needed anything for e. When you get bloods get them the day before your next shot - lowest level.
An even better solution is to take your bloods the day of the shot and postpone your injection until after you have given blood. Since most people give blood in the morning this should not be a big issue and will give you much more accurate reading of your low especially if you are on biweekly injections.
vhman makes a lot of valid points on individual dosing of testosterone. For me, a bit older than you, 100mg of test per week brings me up to about 500 ng/dl. 150 mg of test puts me at about 800 ng/dl.
I would suggest getting some proviron and some test-c or e. Run the test at 100mg per week while taking 25mg of proviron daily.
After 4 to 5 weeks you will feel awesome!!!
Get your bloods drawn at this time to see if you need to adjust anything. I doubt you will even need to bother with aromasin.
There is no formula like that. Everyone's system is different. Some could take 100 mg a week and get to that and others would take up to 400+ mg a week to get there. The same basically goes for your aromasin dose. Some need to start it at a low dose and other don't need it until they are at a gram.
Why are you looking to get to a specific test level? What are you trying to accomplish here?
Basically my advice would be to start low and slow and get bloods drawn after 3-4 weeks. That's the only way you will know how your body is reacting as far as your test and e2 levels.
