also note i pull out 20 carbs each 2 weeks and run this type of cut for 16 weeks until im down to 151 carbs and bum protein to 350 durning last 4 weeks

my training routine is usually german body composition when cutting
and when im on a bulk it is a pyramid style with abit of 5x5 for main compound movements one week and then german volume training the next and keep rotateing between.

hey bro this is the start of the diet so this would be week 20 for me then i manipulate it and for 5 weeks go with no carbs then carb load this is just a outline
Gotcha. Well I think your meal timing and food selection is excellent except tomatoes "yuck" lol.
The supplements you chose glut car arg green tea fishoil are fine and dosed well. I use none of them as they do nothing for me, got a whole cabinet full of them. Though everyone is different. A lot of thought went into your plan it should yield results!
How do you like the German Body Composition? Does it work better than traditional workouts for cuts? Do you incorporate cardio with GBC?
how you going bro i liked it but i switched back to reap range inbetween 6-12 every 2 months then for 2 weeks 5x5 then back to 6-12 i think this is the ideal range to stay in for muscle/strength/mass
