+ 1 Women Watch Out!

ad

I would not typically post in the "Ladies Lounge" but in light of recent research for a friend I just wanted to share something. I have a friend she works out and tries to stay in shape with a very hectic work/life schedule. From time to time she will hit me up for some advice and I help if I have the answers. But recently she asked me if I could look into a new "craze" a diet pill that was on the Dr. OZ show.. New pills that seem to be a miracle cure for fat loss. As a natural skeptic I said hold off on the purchase let me dig around a bit and get back to you on this Garcinia Cambogia Extract. I did some research and was shocked to find out how much hype this product had received and the fact that it was even on a show that was called "Dr. Oz"! I have to stop and say I feel bad that there are so many bullshit ads for women to make them feel fat or not pretty when they are fine in most cases the way they are but for those who do need or want help. This is the type of shit that should be banned or in litigation for class action lawsuits. First off this "Fruit" from Asia and is shaped like a small pumpkin is supposed to help lose weight and burn fat. First off it's not a Fat Burner it has no thermogenic properties, It is not a stimulant, so unlike coffee, guarana, etc it will not give you any "Get up and go to the gym energy" that being said it produces a small appetite like suppressant which is NOT what women need. Eating more is good but in smaller meals every 2-3 hours fortified with sufficient protein, low carbs, essential fats, LOW sodium, plenty of water (half-full gallon) a day. Without getting into diet since it usually based on the individual. Stray away from this product and it's hype. It has toxicity on high Mg's and has NO known human based testing that shows indisputable evidence for human use for fat loss. Most recent study in 2013 showed it did not work at all on it's own and in combination with gymnema sylvestre there was little results over placebo. So long story short I helped my friend save her money and also not ingest garbage. I hope if you read this it helps you or a friend as well. On a small cliff note some people may have taken this and seen results, BUT...not from the product it was more than likely from a change in diet and adding exercise to their routine.

I did try that crap. I thought it was a joke. I actually gained a few pounds when I was on it and I keep tract of my food by weighting and all. I also workout. Luckily it didn't effect my bf %. I got off it and got refunded. I personally would not recommend this to anyone.

Completely agree with you and Gothic. Funny thing is I had a good friend that actually was the manufacturer of the product on the Dr. Oz show which is a load of horse shit, just a feed to get people to buy it and it works. Anyway, as soon as this product was on the show his sales blew up, he sent me about 30 bottles of the stuff, never taken it myself, but from everyone who took that I gave it to that already had a good work regimen got zero from it and highly DO NOT recommend it even for free, if that says anything.

Thanks for the post. Glad you were able to help your friend out too. Its a shame to me that a show as well known as the Dr. Oz show advertises products like this one ... I used to like the Dr. Oz show :/

Thanks for the info. Typically we don't suggest any type of "fat loss" pill, supplements. The reality is that only lifestyle changes along with a good diet are lasting.

I agree with you....I just find it sad that this shit hit's the main stream media but mild mg anavar or turinabol are illegal. They ban ephedrine due to morons overdosing but alcohol and tobacco make trillions a year. Like I said I feel bad for a lot of women who open those magazines and half of the products from face cream to diet pills are garbage and should be talked about in reality.........
