Another oral only "cycle"... Then straight to tren... Smh.. I'd love to hear what your cycle history is bro.

This may or may not be a hard pill to swallow. Or, it'll prolly go in one ear and out the other. Idk what your stats are but unless you're a big, lean dude, you're overtraining. Feel free to prove me wrong tho with some stats (previous and current, and no bullshit) as well as what your diet looks like. I'd be willing to bet that LBM is not increasing like you want it to.

One reason your var only cycle was "so/so" is bc of the amount of stress you're putting on your body and the fact that anavar is low on the anabolic side.

Pros train hard, eat hard, and they ALL know, understand, and respect the need for rest and recovery. Don't over do it bro. More is not better.

In the meantime, maybe a lil understanding of the physiology behind overtraining will open your eyes a bit:

pros go to the gym 2 or even 3 times a day. 1st is usually for cardio and the other 2 is training. they dont train all 4 hours at once lol (at least the pros i know)

So you just finished an Anavar only cycle and now you are on Tren? How many cycles have you previously done?

4 hours in the gym won't cut it either. Proper diet and training will do it. The difference between an "average joe" and a "pro" is a pro knows his body. There is no one style of training that will make you a pro. You have to take into consideration body types and whole bunch of other shit. You don't know if Time Under Tension training is best or FST-7 or what. I also feel sorry for the fact that you took anavar only cycle and are now doing tren on your 3rd run. What are your stats?

Pros do not workout 7 days a week. Pros eat, eat, eat, train, sleep. These pros also personal trainers and dietitians. The reason you are seeing "better cuts" is because you are going in twice a day and burning a shit load of calories. I'm not trying to come off as a dickhead but you need to drop the Tren right now. You've already fucked up by running Var only cycle and now you've jumped on one of the strongest and most advanced compounds.... At the age of 25 on top of that. You're heading for an early road of TRT. There are better ways to get to where you want to be. What does your cycle look like now? Tell is everything you are taking. The MG's. What days you are pinning and all that. The more information the better.
