Couple questions, first time hygetropin use on timing of injection
ad
Hello, I'm getting ready to run a test p and var cycle and was planning on running hgh in pct and off time but now im thinking why wait just start the hgh on cycle and continue. Main goal is fat loss for this cycle
So im thinking 3 iu a day but my main question is in regard to what time a day would be best to take the hgh. I workout at 630 am. I was planning on having a shake at 530 that's 30 carbs and 30 protein for my first meal to get something in me. So here are my choices let me know whats best, thanks.
HGH pre workout with the shake?
HGH pre workout no shake stay fasted/ bcaas?
HGH post workout before my post workout meal. Still have pre workout shake or no?
Before bed?

I take mine when I wake up, an hour later, I"ll take some coffee.
Guess it sounds like in the morning pre workout is the winner, thanks
If you intake carbs within 1hour after the shot it can lead you developing permanent diabetes!!!
can you post where you go this from? I'd love to have a look. Honestly the first time I've ever heard of this.
morning and before workout
First thing in the morning. Doesn't matter if you pin it with food or not. It doesn't affect exogenous hgh.
I'd do first thing in am or immediately post workout.
From my understanding, "when" to take HGH is less dependent on the workout timing, but more dependent on "when you eat". It is important to pin HGH when your sugar levels are even - that is when you're in a fasting state a couple hours before you take your first meal.
I'm on an exact same cycle - check my cycle logs.
I pin at 6am in the morning - eat breakfast 1.5 hours later. If I wake up in the middle of the night to go to the toilet - say 5am - I pin then as well.
I don't pin before bed because I don't want to effect my natural growth hormone peaks while sleeping.
I also avoid pinning close to meals taken as it can in some people create insulin deficiencies (or more accurately insulin resistant). This is potentially permanent.
Wow that sounds like pure broscience LoL
please explain how injecting exogenous growth hormone close to a meal can cause "insulin deficiencies" and please also give details as to how this may be permanent. Evidence, studies, or any source of information at all to back up these bold claims would help because I believe everything you said is nonsense.
Well what is your take on my question then? I have heard so many conflicting things regarding this and being that ive never taken hgh I have no idea whats right or if it even matters at all. Thanks
